I called Elite of Port St. Lucie and James joblon and misty mccabe were the 2 that came to inspect /investigate all of my issues. They both were very helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic to what we were going through. Everything was explained to us in detail but in a way we fully understood. We were given options of ways to solve our problems that we were facing and they both made it very comfortable to face it and find a solution. We were very pleased with their service/help and we will definitely recommend Elite to anyone that is facing a situation that requires AC, electrical and/or plumbing issues.

Our gas water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday. We called Elite and they sent someone out that day. The water heater was ordered and installed the next day. The quality of the work was amazing. Our service tech Richard was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with Elite. We highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Called Elite to fix my a/c and they charged me close to $500 for a 5 min job, my husband came home and seen it was just a capacitor change and the part only costed $30, reached out to Elite and they just gave me the run around. I highly recommend using a more trust worthy company.

I had two electricians who were booked that i have previously used quote me $400-$800 to move two outlets and two led lights a foot or so due to a built-in being installed. Given they couldn't do it, I reached out to Elite. The electrician who showed up tells me on the phone what i think is $400 something because that's what I'm expecting. I get charged $4K plus. Needless to say I am pursuing legal channels as I write. I have built a house, renovated two condos and know what jobs cost. Beware the absurd price if you go to this outfit. See photos below for the simple to of moving two lights and two outlets. AX has provided temporary credit. Next up, litigation for my money.
