Austin was absolutely amazing, he came out to do a sewer inspection and ended up finding some major issues, he wrote up the options and covered them with us in great detail. The team is coming to make the necessary repairs and I’m sure they will be just as impressive!

Denis and team did a great job. Briefed me about their approach to the installation of a new water heater. Called my attention to some differences between the install of my old unit and this new unit. Kept me informed as to progress and walked me through the system once they finished. Aside from a great new tankless water heater you would not have known they were here. Very conscientious and tidy. Also, just a super nice human being.

So this is an update to my last review from last month. Let me first say that if I have a bad experience, like a 1 star experience, it will usually move me to write a review and I've never gone back and updated the review, because I've said what there is to say and I'm done with that company. But in this case, Eco Plumbers called me several times regarding the review, indicating that they wanted to make it right. So I called and spoke with a couple very nice people. They committed to sending someone out to rectify the issues. Long story short Phil and John showed up today and not only adjusted the sore-thumb-looking wire repair from last month, but also addressed the dimmer switch needed on the chandelier. They were very professional and did a great job, the kind of job I was hoping for originally. Besides this, Eco Plumbers had them do this work at no charge (and they never cashed my original $332 check). Now obviously, this was never my objective (to get free work done) and I even offered to pay for the dimmer switch fix, but they said, "no charge". I've never in my life had a company bend over backwards to make a situation right like they did. So this changes my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Never done that before. May never do it again, but in this case it was fully warranted. So I can say that I feel like in the case that something isn't done right, they make it right. And in today's service world, that is a remarkable thing. ----- Previous review from a month ago for context: $700 per hour for electrical work. No joke. Fixed a wire (see picture), took 25 min. $332. That's my review.

Based on your advertising, I expected a company that values my time as much as I value yours. The four-hour service window without an ETA was already challenging, but what was most disappointing was the lack of communication. About 15 minutes before the window closed, I had to reach out myself and was then informed the appointment might need to be rescheduled. To be clear, the need to reschedule was not the issue—I understand that delays happen. What fell short was the absence of proactive communication. A simple message earlier in the day acknowledging the delay and the possibility of rescheduling would have made a significant difference. I was open to becoming a new customer, but the experience didn’t reflect the level of service your advertising suggests. The multiple follow-up emails, calls, and texts after the fact reinforce my original concern that the response has been reactive rather than proactive. I hope this feedback is helpful as you evaluate your customer experience going forward.

Make sure you are guarding your elderly and disabled family members from this company. I am certainly not happy that they are not doing as they said and took my elderly recently widowed mother in-laws money like a hard car sales man when she bought a new house. They are sending updates and appointment request to the wrong number and she paid upfront for an annual membership and not getting the services promised.

Good experiences make a company great (our neighbor highly recommended Brian and Delonn). And while our neighbor highly recommended them for their services, today, I highly recommend them for being kind and genuine people. During today’s high wind storm in Westerville, a neighbors trampoline got loose (and was very dangerous blowing upside down the street — one that has kids, cars, etc). It was stopped by our mailbox. We didn’t know what to do or how we were going to get it stopped and prevent even further damage. Brian and Delonn were on a call our street and they were our literal heroes. While they were getting supplies from their truck, I was helpless outside. They were able to stop it from continuing to flip down the street and broke it down to prevent any further damage and danger. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them. They cleaned everything up and took it back up to the neighbors. It had sharp metal pieces that really could’ve hurt someone. So not only use them for their services, but recommend them for being heroes today. THANK YOU TO THE TWIN TEAM OF BRIAN AND DELONN.

Over the past year, we have become somewhat regular customers of Eco Plumbers and Electricians. They’ve done several jobs at our house. I’ve posted very positive reviews of Eco previously and they still hold true but I wanted to post again as we once again received exceptional service from them yesterday. Last year, one of the jobs they did for us was to replace our single handle kitchen faucet. We noticed recently that the faucet was becoming stiff and getting harder to turn on and off. I called Eco about it yesterday and they had someone, Denis B., at our house in less than an hour of my call! Yes, not just same day service but same hour service! Again, that was exceptional. While I am mentioning exceptional, that also describes Denis’ work as well! He took the faucet apart, figured out the problem, fixed it quickly, and now it feels like we have a brand new faucet. It gets even better: The faucet was under warranty so this visit did not cost us anything. Thank you so much Denis and Eco!

MY SISTER NEEDED A PLUMBER TO STOP HER HOT WATER FROM RUNNING IN THE TUB, SHE COULDN'T TURN IT OFF BY THE HANDLE. WE CALLED SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. SO I CALLED ECO PLUMBERS, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THAT DAY. THEY CALLED ME WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY. IT WAS THE SAME PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE. I KNEW SHE WAS IN GOOD HANDS. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE, AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO SAID IF SHE HAS ANY OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE HOT WATER NOT SHUTTING OFF, JUST GIVE HIM A CALL, AND HE WILL COME BACK OUT. AWESOME SERVICE. THANK YOU BRANDYN AND ECO PLUMBING ONCE AGAIN.

I called today , Friday, at 9:20 AM to schedule a plumbing issue That I had in my basement. they scheduled me for the same day which was great. They also texted me at 3:45 Letting me know that they are on their way. after staying home all day, I had to call them to find out what is going on with my schedule. Claiton (dispath person) informed me that they are not able to come out today!!! And they need to reschedule for Monday. When I asked if I can talk to someone or schedule anytime Sooner, they simply said, there's nothing they can do for me. I'm left with no water Till Monday.!!

Very happy we chose Eco. Austin was our tech today and he really impressed us with his knowledge and confidence they could fix our complex plumbing issues. He is working with our property manager so relieve of of being the middle man. We feel we are in good hands and that they care we are in a bad situation. We feel blessed to have found this honest company. My neighbor came over to meet him and he was gracious to talk to her also about her plumbing situation.

Chris provided excellent service. He came out to inspect the outside pipe and was very thorough in explaining the situation. He was prompt, professional, and friendly the entire time. Dennis was terrific! He came on time, explained everything he was going to do and who else would be coming, to complete the process as well and what we could expect throughout the day. Austin was the camera expert that further diagnosed my sewer problem. Found the problem, recommended several options for a cure and then proposed methods for paying for the repairs.
