Had a plumbing emergency with our dishwasher and he came out quickly and helped us get everything under control.

EW came out to a property on short notice for a Client of mine. Their customer service is excellent, and everyone I encountered from Reception to the plumbers on site were very kind. Plumbers performed extensive Scope Inspection and provided the details we asked for and then some. Overall very pleased with the quality of work and quality of employees at this company!

We called this company a few years ago for a bathtub that wouldn’t drain, they had to come back out because the layout of the piping in this house was complicated but they were very accommodating and fixed the issue at a great price! I’ve used them for a house we were going to buy and they discovered a gas leak which saved us a lot of time and money! I will always use them and recommend them!

Had these guys out about a year ago to install a water softener system that we had purchased. All I needed from them was to buy the parts necessary to install and get it running. I showed the estimator the installation manual that showed how the manufacturer recommended the install with 9 different shutoff and divergence valves were required. They gave me a quote with a "not to exceed" price. The words "not to exceed" were specifically written on the quote sheet. I authorized the job and they came out about a week later to do the work. This took ALL. DAY. Like 9 hours, with 2 extra trips to the parts store. Then, when all was said and done I was told, "Unfortunately, it cost us more than the quote so the price is actually higher." I told the installer I would not pay that. I would pay the "not to exceed" cost I had been quoted and he said his boss wouldn't allow that. I told him to call his boss and I'd speak to him. His boss said, "Well, we didn't know you wanted all those extra valves installed." I told him the estimator was aware and that, actually, we used three LESS valves than the manual recommended. I reiterated that I would not pay one cent more than the "not to exceed" cost printed on the quote sheet I had with his company's name at the top and his estimator's signature on it. Finally, he relented, and I paid. However, that is the last business they got from us. We're now looking to have some more plumbing work done, including a water heater replacement, and guess who won't be invited to quote? Dishonesty and chicanery has a price.

We are so thankful for these guys! We’ve had them out twice now for different issues and will be customers for life. Skills and service go a long way, but their respectful attitudes, and kindness will keep our business! They have fixed what other plumbers failed to handle and did so without charging us extraordinary amounts. And went above and beyond when they found our toilet was cracked by replacing it free of charge.
