I want to highly recommend Gold Medal Plumbing. I had a garbage disposal freeze up and tried unsuccessfully to fix the issue myself. I called Gold Medal Plumbing, and Fisher asked me a few questions, then walked me through exactly what his plumber would do if they came out. He stayed on the phone with me and said that if his recommendation didn’t work, he’d be happy to send someone out. His guidance worked, and I even learned something new, without the inconvenience or cost of having someone come out. Very much appreciated. I’ll definitely be calling Gold Medal Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

As the Maintenance Manager for our property, I’ve worked with quite a few plumbing companies over the years, and I can honestly say Gold Medal Plumbing exceeded expectations. Nick and the crew were professional, polite, informative, and extremely thorough from start to finish while unclogging our sewer line. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the owner, Fisher, on site with the crew. That level of involvement and professionalism really says a lot about the company and the pride they take in their work. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Was lucky enough to have them show up first thing this AM. All I needed was a faucet install. They came in got right to it and got er done. This was an easy project for the crew, it's nice to have things back in order. They did a nice job on the install and was respectful of our home and property. Nice clean job and a decent crew to top it off. :) Thanks Jr. for having the guys come out,,, much appreciated.

We had a plugged sink. Guys came out and cleared it for $200 with a 2 week guarantee. Less than a week later it was plugged again and we called for the warranty clearing service. They returned two days after being notified and the plumber informed us that it would be another $200 to clear it and an additional $400 to diagnose/scope the issue. We called BS and demanded that the warranty be honored for $0 instead of $600. After nearly an hour blocking our driveway talking on the phone with the owner while I researched other plumbers online, the plumber finally returned, quickly clearing the sink in five minutes or so. This is obviously not an experience I would care to repeat, hence this company will never ever return to our home.

My Plumber of 25 years retired and Gold Metal Plumbing was recommended to me. I spoke to Fisher on the phone about a galvanized toilet flange and drain that was beyond my skills to repair. They got me in quickly on the schedule with text updates also. 2 professional respectful plumbers showed up on time, gave me a free estimate explaining in detail the job and warranty. They started the job and completed the new flange repair and installed the new toilet. Looks great and done right. Now i can finish the rest of my bathroom remodel. Guess i just found my Plumber for the next 25 years.
