Charlie, Jason and Austin were fantastic! I couldn’t be happier! I would like to thank Sherrie for all of her help as well! I would not hesitate recommending E&E to any of my neighbors or friends and family!
Woke up to a leaking pipe. Called E&E and they had a plumber at the house (Jerry) in an hour. He was fantastic and walked me through everything. So thankful not only for Jerry but for E&E. They are my go to for issues and they never fail me.
We called E&E this morning and they were at our home within the hour. Very courteous and introduced themselves right away. They fixed our problem with the toilet and even took the time to look at an additional one. Did not take long at all. We appreciate the service and their honesty. We definitely will call them again if we need any service again.
It took a long time for me to find an electrical/HVAC company that I can trust being sort of a “newbie” to town, but this is the one! The same employees come back again and again and we’ve gotten to the point where we can ask for specific staff members by name. They always remember our home and are so knowledgeable. If there’s an issue with old systems in our 1960s home, they consistently stay overtime to figure it out. Very impressed. Their work is an investment, but it’s a valid one since I know I can trust them and they stand by their work.
Service Technican provided excellent service. Very knowledgeable and shared all information and details of what was to be done and what he did. Punctional appointment arrival. Provided excellent service. The extra charge to drive to Nellysford for a significant pm service call that was scheduled for our four HVAC systems was difficult for me to accept. Technican 5 star cost 1 star the average of both 3 star
