Cox Construction & Plumbing

Had a great experience with Cox Construction and Plumbing. The guys who came were super professional and just got in there and got it done. They were able to get out to me quickly and reasonably priced for the job! Their admin staff who answers the phone is also great - very kind and transparent about scheduling. I will be using Cox Construction and Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

From my first communication with their office to the completion of the work, I was really impressed by these folks. Donald and Seth arrived on time to auger out a backed up 70+ yo cast iron pipe. During their investigative process in the crawlspace, they also discovered my kitchen pipe was leaking. They returned a couple of weeks later with the correct fittings and repaired in under one hour! They were knowledgable, friendly and focused on getting the job done right. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent company to deal with. When I called I was immediately answered and placed on the schedule for someone to come out to my house and give me an estimate on the work that I needed to have done. It was something that needed to be fixed right away. The owner came out early on a Monday morning, checked everything out, and was very detailed on what had to be done. He gave me multiple options on getting it done, which came with separate estimates. He told me some guys would be by after lunch to get started. That same day, after lunch time, the guys he talked about came by and got to work and knocked it out within a couple of hours. Also, they got it done without tearing up as much of my wall as I originally thought they would. They were highly professional throughout the process. I was impressed with how quick my issue was taken care of, and with how well they did the job. I would recommend using this company for your needs. I even had questions after the work had been done. The lady I talked to on the phone, that scheduled me originally, was very helpful on getting me the answer I was looking for. Each time that she told me that she would call me back she made sure to do it. I really appreciated not being left in the dark.

I had an upcoming home inspection & needed to get my toilet fixed quickly. Cox came out the next day & fixed the leak. I was so relieved that they could work me in their schedule. They relieved me of so much stress. They are a fantastic company that I highly recommend!!!

I called six different plumbers. Cox happened to have a crew in our town that morning. They came over within an hour of my initial call and fixed the leaking water pipe in our crawl space in about 20 minutes. Thank you!
