Drain Works drain cleaning and plumbing Brockton

Had a plumber come by yesterday and the experience was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done!

Darnell was excellent. He came out on a Sunday afternoon without charging me extra and snaked my kitchen drain, also fixing a section of broken pipe under the sink. Reasonable price for the work done. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Darnell was the best, I had clogged main line to city sewer, as far as I know hadn’t been cleaned in 65 years. It was quite an ordeal to get it cleaned out but Darnell’s attitude was “I never give up” had to come back a couple of times, used I think four different machines to get the job done but got squared away with the help of his partner the self described “good looking chubby Spanish kid”. Reasonably priced considering the amount of time and effort it took to get the job done. Would recommend for solving any drain problems.

Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful. The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be reaching out to Darnell again in the future and cannot recommend him enough!
