I have had only great experience with Anania plumbing. When my hot water tank stopped working they sent a plumber over within 2 hour. The service is above excellent and the gentleman that installed my water heater was very kind and professional.. I would highly recommend Anania plumbing for all you plumbing needs!

Anania plumbing has been amazing to work with. I’ve used them a number of times over the last few years for various reasons. They’ve replaced my boiler, water heater, assisted with frozen pipes, assisted with a faucet issue, and have provided education whenever appropriate. They have proven themselves to be reliable, honest and trustworthy. I wouldn’t want to work with another plumbing company.

My experience with Anania Plumbing & Heating 5/29/26 , involved a plumber dispatched through my landlord in response to an ongoing water intrusion and plumbing issue affecting bathroom functionality and sanitation conditions. The plumber conducted a brief assessment but did not provide clear verbal findings, a written report, or any documented explanation of the issue. I was advised to continue using the bathroom despite unresolved conditions affecting habitability. Following the visit, there was no follow-up communication or clarification regarding the problem or any recommended repairs. Additionally, no plumber license number or identifying certification information was provided during the service visit or included in any documentation, raising concerns about transparency and accountability. Given that this involves essential plumbing and potential health-related habitability concerns, the lack of communication, documentation, and professional follow-through was concerning.

From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, went over all the repair options, and made sure I understood everything before starting the work. The technician was polite, careful, and worked efficiently — you could tell he truly cared about doing the job right, not just fast. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. They didn’t try to upsell or overcharge — just straightforward, high-quality service at a fair price. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, but Anania Plumbing and Heating does exactly that. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing or heating needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy professionals.
