I’ve done business with Douglas since they operated as K & S Services. I’ve had 2 systems in that time, the last they installed for me 3 years ago. The techs are always friendly and professional and they keep my system running flawlessly. I’ve also used their plumbing service and it’s just as good. I strongly recommend this company!

Jeremy from Douglas K&S Heating, Cooling and Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water pressure valve and cutoff valve in my home. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. What really stood out was Jeremy’s attention to detail and pride in his work. The installation was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. On top of that, his positive attitude and easygoing personality made the whole experience stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who combines top-notch skill with genuine friendliness, but Jeremy does exactly that. Without a doubt, he’s the best plumber in the area—maybe even the world. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

Called Douglas because of a sudden issue with the heat not coming on and they had a tech (Jonathan) out within the day to look at the system. Diagnosed the problem quickly and after we discussing my options with Mason at the office and with Jonathan decided to go with a repair though we did discuss a future replacement as my system is 18 years old. Jonathan came back the next day when the parts were acquired and within a few hours had the system up and running as good as ever. Excellent service, communication and overall a pleasure to work with. Only one place to call when it's time for a system.

Douglas recently installed our new Mitsubishi heat pump system. The whole experience was smooth, from the initial discussions about our needs, through the quote and installation. The new system is a huge improvement over our old cooling/heating unit. The Mitsubishi is whisper-quiet while maintaining a comfortable temperature. We were also please to see that our power bill dropped by around 25% during its first full month of operation. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend the team at Douglas.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and polite. We appreciated his plumbing expertise. He arrived when he said he would. When he finished, he left the work area clean and tidy. He provided several options and explained the pros and the cons of each. All-around good experience!
