We had Justin replace our 40+yr.-old toilet with a new one. Not only was the old flange damaged but the waste pipe was not secured correctly within the slab. Justin had to correct all these issues on Friday before proceeding with the toilet installation on Monday. Every step and added cost was explained to me in detail before he proceeded. Justin was a true professional in every aspect. We will have him back in a few days to replace our other toilet.

Eric came first thing in the morning. He presented nicely, professionally, friendly, knowledgeable. He fixed the problem. I called the office to let them know how happy I was with him and my service. I recommend these guys❤️

Dominick really did a great job for us! We had a tricky relocation of our washer and dryer. Dominick got the pipes and drain moved, upgraded the pipes and fixtures and left everything looking like new construction! And he was fast! In and out of the house in the time that he promised! We will definitely use DomcoPlumbing again!!!

They wasted my time--don't let them waste yours. I made an appointment with a two-hour window for an estimate for a pipe installation, so I took three hours off from work. The estimator shows up, looks at the job and says he'll have to consult with his boss before providing an estimate-- do I mind waiting a few minutes? No problem. Twenty minutes later, he knocks on the door and says the boss must see it himself but cannot come now. I'll need to make another appointment for another two-hour window. Really? I just lost 3 hours from work and got nothing, and now they'd like me to try again. He even said they'd call me back, which they never did. SMH

Quoted me $875 for a gas line repair that another company repaired for $350 in 1.5hrs. Call D. Martel or PJ Plumbing unless you feel like getting bent over. Only positive is that they answered the phone, came out quickly, and didn't try to charge a "service call" fee.

They say problems come in threes. Ours arrived two weeks ago: first, the kitchen faucet decided hot water was overrated. Next, the waste disposal unit gave up on life. And when I went to investigate, I discovered I couldn’t even shut off the main water inlet to the house. (Now that’s a disaster waiting to happen!) I called our usual plumber, only to find he was away, enjoying a vacation. Luckily, he referred us to Domco, and I have to say—I’m a convert. Justin showed up the very next day, spent an hour diagnosing everything, and explained it all in plain English. He gave me a full written quote, with a decent discount if I tackled all three problems at once. I’d already bought a new waste disposal unit -but still had to pick up a new kitchen faucet. On a holiday weekend, no less, Domco came back to do the repairs—only to discover my disposal unit was missing a crucial piece. Cue visit number three. Jose came out the very next day, all parts finally accounted for, and worked quickly and efficiently to get everything replaced. From start to finish, I was impressed—not just with Justin and Jose, but also with the lovely lady who scheduled my appointment after hours. Now, after a long weekend away, I’ve just discovered…the kitchen faucet is still holding its little hot-water strike. But honestly? After seeing how responsive Domco has been, I have no doubt someone will be here soon to set things right.

Domco to the rescue. Our regular plumber wasn't available but Domco came highly recommended by him, so we placed a call for a BIG water line leak. We needed to get it under control pretty fast and was told we'd have to wait a few hours by the scheduler. Ten minutes later, I get a call that the crew is around the corner and headed over soon. We were very happy about that. Quentin and Cody quickly assessed the situation (digging in the mud pit to find the origin of the leak) and got to work digging. 4 hours later...turns out we had to be without water for a day to get all of the residual ground water out so they could work on the affected area. They returned first thing in the morning and the water was back on by 11am. They let us know when they arrived, what they were doing, quoting the project on the spot, if they had to leave to get supplies, and let us know when they were finished each time. They were very patient and professional with all of our questions and occasional hovering to watch. Bonus is that they were able to remove the old useless eye sore of a water softener that was just sitting as a yard ornament from the previous owner. Turns out the connection to that from the main line is where the leak occurred.

I had used them many years ago and forgot why I haven't used them since. I called about a supply line leak. Two fellows responded the next door and reviewed the leak. Quoted me $820.00 for fix which I thought was quite high. Thought the fellow needed a small diamond for his wife. I decided to get further bids as time was critical but I wasn't going be over charged. I asked how long the repair would take and he said about an hour and a half. I then was curious and asked if he always made $400.00 dollars plus an hour. His response was slowly "NO" but we just look at the job and quote accordingly. Probably because I have a very nice home. I would never use them in the future or refer anybody I know or don't know. Domco thinks they have a license to steal from their clients. Now I remember why I never called them again and never will. Curious how they stay in business ripping people off like they tried with me. What he didn't know was that I was a developer and retired general contractor so I was aware of how the repair should be done and how much it should cost.

Great service yet again from Domco. This is my third time using them and I have always gotten the most excellent service. I called late yesterday with a leak issue I discovered after having a refrigerator delivered. They arranged an urgent repair and Tony was out first thing before 8am and had the issue resolved right away. He was prompt and friendly, had called ahead, offered to come back to help move the fridge in place and check the leak. I was lucky he came back as he helped to resolve a shut off value at the sink issue I didn't know how to turn back on from the fridge installers. Then, he resolved the fridge issue as no water was coming to the new fridge water dispenser - he pushed a button on the fridge that had not been activated until he pushed it. So Tony, thank you, for fixing a leak that would have caused a lot of damage and for the quick troubleshooting of the water pitcher in the new fridge. I highly recommend Tony - he overdelivered on the already excellent previous issues I have had in the past. I will continue to use and refer Domco!

Look at my other reviews. You will see I am balanced and fair. I am stingy with my 5 star ratings. For over 5 years I've struggled to find a great local plumber but my search is over with Domco We had a water main leak under a slab of cement 50 feet by 50 feet that we did not want to disturb. Domco surveyed the site and we agreed to reroute the water main. Justin, Jose & their team did an incredible job trenching, going under cement walking paths, bypassing the old main and of course running the new 45 foot main line. Everyone knew their Job and did it to perfection.... no short cuts. They were accommodating and respectful of our extensive landscaping and left the property looking better than when they came. I probably could have spent slightly less BUT others were citing repair dates two weeks away, Domco started 2 days after we agreed on the plan. Lastly, other plumbers wouldn't start work unless I signed a mechanics lien on my house which I find incredibly annoying; NOT Domco. I cannot imagine using another plumber.

Yesterday I discovered that water was leaking from my Heat Pump water heater and I called Domco first thing in this morning, with the expectation that I would have to replace the water heater. Issac and Shawn arrived at my home in under an hour after my call for service! They inspected the water heater and although water was indeed coming from the water heater, they did a thorough inspection of the water heater and determined that the Heat Pump coils had more than likely frozen over due to the high humidity and low temperatures. They checked the condensation drain to confirm that it was draining properly, vacuumed the water heater filter and emptied the overflow pan to remove the water. Then they gave me recommendations on how to operate the water heater to ensure the coils completely defrosted. They did all of this in the span of about 40 minutes and provided me an estimate for a replacement water heater, should the water heater actually need replacement. Their expertise and integrity was exceptional!

Our home is older, and we started having issues with water pressure so contacted several plumbing companies for quotes. All companies, if they kept their assessment appointment, wanted to go through the walls of the house to replace the pipes which was going to be very messy, expensive and something we were really hoping to avoid. Then we contacted Domco and so thankful we did! The gentleman did a thorough check including going under the house which I understand is where most of our pipes are located. The work began quickly, the team was very clean, professional and pulled out all of the old pipes that were being replaced so we could see the actual extent of the issues. These guys were very friendly, professional and again thorough in their work. Domco will be the first plumbing company we will contact if we ever have other issues in the future. I needed my dishwasher to be disconnected and a new pipe for my bathroom sink. Unfortunately the water needed to be turned off but the HOA needs to do it. So I asked the plumber if he could fix the bathroom sink first and by the time he's finished the water will be turned off. He checked with his boss and was told no. I asked him to wait 5 mins for a response from the HOA. He said he couldn't and that he'd need to come back "later" in the day because he had other projects. It was already afternoon and I had other commitments. I told him I wouldn't be needing his services. His company was going to make $700 on the whole job but suddenly had other priorities. I completely understand that he didn't want to wait for the water to be turned off, but I don't understand why a business would turn down my business for the bathroom project. I could have worked with them to come back another day if need be, but between his dismissive attitude and company policy I told him I'll be hiring someone else.

Living in an old house, I have learned that you need to keep a plumber's phone number handy :( And in Folsom, that number is for Domco. They've always been totally responsive, patient listeners, and businesslike. But yesterday really impressed me. I won't go into all the dirty details, but sufficient to say unless my latest plumbing challenge was tackled quickly, I'd most likely be making an unscheduled visit to my local Starbucks. But thanks to Domco's fast fast fast response time, I didn't have to! They were at my house within 30 mins of my call and several hours later, after extensive camera work and analysis, I had a brand new section of underground piping and solid belief that Domco truly is the quintessential GREAT LOCAL BUSINESS!! They even CAREFULLY replanted my bushes and left the whole work area perfectly clean. The employees are experienced, smart, professional, and singularly focused on your issue - thank you again DOMCO, great work!!!

Outstanding service and response time once again! Sean and Sal are the best. I went to water some plants in the front yard and when I stepped off the sidewalk the ground beneath me sunk down a bit. I removed a little dirt with my garden trowel only to find a LOT of water. I knew exactly what to do, call Domco. The response time was excellent, as always. Sean and Sal not only arrived on time, they determined the issue within a very short time (Leak in the main water line), they were very professional, and courteous. I was given an accurate very reasonable quote, which I approved immediately. I live in the EDH area so there are numerous rocks and boulders which are not easy to work with. This was no problem for Sean and Sal, they excavated the area, repaired the main line and left no trace that they were ever here. I will definitely keep recommending Domco - they are excellent.
