The estimator shows up, looks at the job and says he'll have to consult with his boss before providing an estimate-- do I mind waiting a few minutes? No problem. Twenty minutes later, he knocks on the door and says the boss must see it himself …”
“Quoted me $875 for a gas line repair that another company repaired for $350 in 1.5hrs. Call D. Martel or PJ Plumbing unless you feel like getting bent over. Only positive is that they answered the phone, came out quickly, and didn't try to charge a "service call" fee.”
