“i got nothing and i didn't understand why i was charged so much, he touched my carpet and told me i needed a plumber and charged me $89. for what?”
“We bought our own water heater and needed it to be installed. We were quoted 1100.00 to have the old one taken out and the new one installed. No new lines or anything?? Needless to say we said absolutely not but had to pay the 50 dollar service fee!! We called another plumber who came the next day and installed for 300.00 and we have been very pleased. These people will rip you off!”
