From start to finish this company went above and beyond!!!! My house had a leak I didn’t know where it was coming from. The appointment was easy and stress free to book they offered appointments same day. Andrew the owned and his crew came out wore booties in the house to keep things clean they were through and honest turns out my fridge was leaking thank God it wasn’t a major pipe!!!! They even cleaned underneath my fridge for me since they already had pulled it out again just going above and beyond checking other areas of my house too just to make sure that there was nothing else going on. Highly highly highly recommend these guys they saved this single mama’s day.
I had an outstanding experience with Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. Riley in customer service was professional, personable and responsive when I called with my plumbing emergency. She quickly set me up with Andrew Stambaugh who arrived at my house within 30-45 minutes of my call. Andrew was exceptional at diagnosing the problem and completed the installation of a new toilet in very short order. I received terrific service and value from Dependable and a serious problem was quickly taken care. Highest recommendation
These guys came out and replaced my entire water line from the meter to the house and worked in the sun until late. I’m happy I found them and I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work the whole team was easy to work with from the girls in the office to the guys digging in the ground!
