I had flooding coming from two separate restrooms and wasn't sure of the source, as there were other aquatic activities taking place in the house. Dean's Plumbing sent a plumber who came very timely. He gathered the information and did a thorough examination. He located the problem, which turned out to be an outdoor clogged drain and did the repair very efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company for all types of plumbing repairs. (It also helped that they happened to have a special on the price for this type of service.)

Hired Dean’s plumbing to replace toilet flange, which had to be solder to lead pipe. The toilet was previously removed by owner at time of remodel demo. Had some concerns after first plumber completed work. Mainly that flange was not level and that flange was oblong. The second plumber reviewed the work and assured me that there would be no issues with wax ring making a tight seal once new toilet was installed. The new modern toilet I had on hand could not be installed because the water line had to be moved over 3 inches, which would’ve cost and additional one thousand dollars. The toilet was instead returned to the store and new regular toilet ordered. This new order will take a few days as I needed a toilet with a 14 inch rough in.

I've used Dean's Plumbing for several extensive jobs over a two year period. Each time, the work was performed by Jason, a tech/ Plumber. He is always methodical, thorough and honest with his work I got an extensive leak repaired a and, water heater. Between the projects, the totto work was over $10k. Jason is diligent and uses logic, details and his technical skills to explain how their total cost is needed and options fits in each situation. I trust Dean's Plumbing and recommend you consider their services. Compair to others, establish a relationship with whom you want and go for it. I was pleased and still have a long term relationship with Kason and Dean's Plumbing.

I have used Dean’s plumbing for several years and today’s experience was just like the rest. I am painting a bathroom and when I went to shut off the plumbing to move the toilet tank and vanity out of the way, all three shutoff valves would not hold (19 year old house). Jason called when he was 30 minutes out and showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and did great work. He cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I cannot recommend Dean’s enough!

We needed a water heater replacement and Dean's Plumbing got it done. Originally I had used a big box store who supposedly had same day service. That is it's own review but suffice it to say I felt like Marc at Dean's took care of us and clearly laid out what would happen. His work was excellent and thoughtful to the property even with some major work to put in new plumbing to outside. I would recommend and will use them again if I run into a plumbing issue.

We had a plumbing leak at an elbow on the hot water line from our water heater. Jon from Dean’s Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the line with a better quality elbow. He took care to stabilize the whole PEX line so it would not flop around. Finally he added thermal insulation to all the lines up to where they entered the walls. We will for sure use Dean’s for other projects this spring. See before and after photos of the repaired line.

We’ve had Dean’s Plumbing complete several projects for us. They are very professional, do excellent work, and clean up afterward. We’ve gone the cheap route and wound up paying more in the long run to fix mistakes made by others. Dean’s is not the cheapest, but you will get what you pay for with quality work! We have recommended them to several neighbors and friends. The ones who have used them have been very pleased with their work.

I had an emergency water leak, and Dean came out within the hour. Other companies I had called initially were not very concerned about the need to get the problem solved without delay, but the Dean dispatcher and service personnel, especially Dillon, were concerned and came through for me. Dillon was very expert, solved the immediate problem quickly, and provided advice on cost- saving opportunités. I highly recommend.

I’ve had Dean’s Plumbing on a couple of times. I had a mainline that broke, but the folks got us back up and running after a couple days. The other job was a garage disposal unit that I needed changed out. I had the disposal, but I’m handicapped, and needed some help. It’s usually quick service!!

Mark H. Wax absolutely terrific!! He knew exactly how to fix the issue with my sewage pump. And he was so helpful and cheerful. He kept helping me with extra things that were over and above his duty. I am going to use Dean’s from now on and request Mark H. He is a real asset to their team!

They are always good at scheduling the service and follow-up to ensure on-site arrival coordination. Technicians are knowledgeable, thorough, and follow up their work with good cleanup when complete. I have used DEANS for years for my annual tankless water heater cleaning and inspection.
