Gary arrived for what I thought would be a simple unclogging. The issue turned out to be a bigger issue. Gary and his service manager gave me all the details. Showed me the images of the camera snake job and clearly outlined the issue underneath the home. Although it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, we were presented with all the facts, worst and best case scenario. They both fit us to a place where the plumbing is fine, however there are repairs to consider. We were also given recommendations to maintain plumbing functionality in our home and best practices.

We had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. Christian handled the removal of our old stove and installation of the new one seamlessly. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was properly connected and working perfectly before leaving. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Great service. Highly knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly. I had an issue and they showed up in 15 minutes. They kept me up to date as things needed to change without pressure either way. I'd highly recommend them if you have an emergency.

I had a fantastic experience with Cowboy Plumbing. I had a leak in one of the pipe's outside of my house. I called Cowboy based on a recommendation from my neighbor and I am glad I did. They quoted me an arrival time between 8am and 11am and were there before 9am. Chandler and Junior were super nice and assessed the leak and what it would take to repair very quickly. Chandler explained the pricing and warranty very thoroughly so there was no question about what I was receiving for their time and labor. They replaced the piece of pipe with the crack and added insulation where it was lacking. They re-routed the pipe so it was no longer hanging awkwardly and exposed. They left the area way better than it was pre-leak. Overall I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely use them again!

We had a small problem with a pipe that became disconnected under our sink. With Thanksgiving in a few days, the LAST thing we needed was a non-working sink! I called our local plumbers but they weren't able to see us until after the holiday. I contacted Cowboy Plumbing, and they were able to get someone out within an hour and a half! (I realize that may be a bit unusual, but I'm grateful anyway.) Gary Gilbert showed up and VERY professionally handled our problem! He was courteous and friendly and answered all my questions.
