I don't think I can add to the stars much more here. Anyway, great customer service. I did not use their services as this was part of a Real Estate Sale and my buyers ended up being given footage from the sellers of a very recent and healthy scope of the sewer line. I appreciate the communication from Matt, Garrett and the receptionist.

Needed tub/shower spout replaced after a tile job. They came in assessed what was needed, gave us a quote , and finished in a timely fashion. Very professional and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend.

Why it’s important to get bids!!! First they want to charge you to come out. That, to me, is indicative to expect a way over priced estimate. So I asked a few questions before they came out. I figured I need a main drain snake service. They wanted $940!!!!! I thought I misheard but nope. This is why I am giving 2 stars and not one. The guy I spoke with was friendly and honest and told me this is going rate for their big snake. Total BS. But he did tell me the pricing up front. I found a licensed and insured very reputable company that comes out for free estimates and snaked my drain for $95 with a large commercial machine type snake. Apples and apples just a huge discrepancy in pricing. Not at all competitive.

The plumber quoted me $1,200 to fix a part that cost $50. I got the service taken care of by a local plumber and it cost me 10% of the cost. Yall out here trying to scam people

This company does not care about customer service. Two days in a row they didn't show up the first day they were supposed to be at the site between 8-10, I tried calling emailing and texting with them to see where they were, They used the excuse that they were busy on an emergency job and they couldn't get in touch with anyone. The owner finally called me and asked if there was anything they could do for the customer to convince them to let them do the work still but it was too late and the customer finally had enough and told me to cancel them around 12pm, For context, I am a GC who hired them for my customer. The second day we were scheduled for 9 am to meet at another customers place and at 9 am the owner still had not shown up. I called him and he played it off like it was no big deal and he said he was just 5 min away and didn't think that was a big deal. I reminded him about how the day before took place and he would not own the fact that after making me wait from 8 to 12 yesterday then getting fired so i had to do the work myself which took another 5 hours to get my tools and supplies and get the work completed that it should be a high priority to at the very least be on time! He understood where the conversation was going so he told me to find someone else to do the work. Working in this industry it is very disappointing that these services really don't care about the customer and their time, they only care about how much they can charge them and move on to the next person.

We got red tagged by Xcel because of a gas leak and needed a trusted plumber to pull permits and make sure we would pass city inspection. We shopped around with atleast 5 companies and if you know Denver plumbing companies, then you know the astronomical variations in quotes you get from people. We found al2 companies with good rates (copperhead being one of them) but what made us go with them was their effective communication (especially Bobby), pricing transparency, and speedy scheduling. We were very pleased with their willingness to go above and beyond when something unexpected happened during our gas leak fix (without using it as an opportunity to up-sell us or gauge us on pricing like I would expect from other companies). Their team came back and made sure everything was buttoned up and passed city inspection. This was a stressful process for us not having heat/hot water and having a team that had our best interests in mind was a huge relief. Definitely our go-to plumber after this experience! Thank you Bobby, Garrett, and Matt!

I had an outstanding experience working with Raul — I truly could not have asked for better service. My sump pump had malfunctioned and was stuck in the "on" position, with my well more than 10 feet below our basement. Raul was extremely professional from the start, walking me through both potential fixes and full replacement options so I could make an informed decision. After diagnosing the issue, Raul was able to get the sump pump back to fully functional condition without needing a complete replacement — which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. On top of the great service, I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day, and Raul arrived early within the scheduled window. That kind of reliability is hard to find. I cannot say enough good things about Raul and Copperhead Plumbing as a whole — they have earned a customer for life. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward!

I would struggle to come up with a service provider as responsive and helpful as Copperhead Plumbing. My wife and I are so impressed and so grateful. We were turned onto them by a trusted friend who highly recommended them. Copperhead communicated extremely well from the initial booking of our appointment to the notifications we received when the technician was on the way to the post-work follow-up information. The technicians (Josh for the initial assessment and quote, and Raul for the work itself) were on time and completed work quickly and skillfully, and did a good job of walking us through the work done so my wife and I fully understood. They were kind, easy to talk to, informative, and very respectful of our home. Thank you again very much for getting us squared away and for taking such good care of us throughout the process!

Bobby was the single, most honest contractor I have ever spoken with. And there’s been a lot. My irrigation that leaves the house to the irrigation box had a leak. I could not determine where it was coming from. After a site visit, it was determined that in order to confidently find and stop the leak was to replace all the parts. $1000. We further looked together and found a gasket that might be the culprit. A $0.50 gasket ring. Long story short - that was the problem. Did it myself and saved $1000. They could have easily pushed me to believing there was something more to investigate and spend the money. And he didn’t even charge a service fee to show up. This organization and their team are legit, honest, and a pleasure to have drop by my home.

Most professional from start to finish. They were the only plumber of the three we called who offered a free in home estimate. They walked us through the options, were extremely knowledgeable and trust worthy. They gave us all the info to allow us to make an informed decision we felt confident with. They were very communicative and even sent photos and names of the technicians who were on their way. Day of install for our new hot water heater, Raul was so friendly and also professional. They completed the work sooner than expected and explained everything they did. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were the best value! We were so happy with their services and have pledged to use them as our plumber from now on. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had to change the internals of our toilet and the plumbers today made sure it was working properly and mo leaks. Very happy! Also, last week, they changed out our PRV since it was leaking and the 2 plumbers who came out (Raoul and Elijah) and took out our old one and replaced with a new PRV valve. We did have to have them come again the next morning to adjust the water pressure since it was a little low, but we are very happy with the responsiveness of the whole team of Lisa (dispatcher), Taylor (owner) , Bobby (the field manager) and the plumbers who came out to make sure we are happy.

Bobby and Peter came out to locate the source of this loud booming sound that occurs infrequently related to our plumbing. Nothing was found. Our concern is possible water leak. We were assured that we would have noticed something since this problem was noticed about 6 months ago. Bobby took out the time to explain his conclusions to my wife and I several times. We appreciate the unhurried attention to our concerns. Some recommendations were made and there will be follow-up later. .

I hired this company to disconnect a fireplace in a showroom we’re closing, and they were fantastic to work with. They showed up promptly, were friendly and professional, and got everything done quickly. They worked independently and seamlessly around other trades who were doing demo, which made the whole process so much easier on our end. I’m so thankful they were available—truly easy to work with and highly recommended!

Bobby and his team at Copperhead plumbing just completed a number of plumbing jobs at my home that included installation of a moen leak detector, sewer line scope, valve replacements etc. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and were very pleasant to work with- answering all my questions as the work progressed. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing jobs.
