Marco was great. Capped a gas line behind my stove. Made it so the gas line wasn't sticking out of the wall. And replaced my hot water valve under the sink. Was quick and walked me through everything he did.

I highly recommend Complete Plumbing Works!!! Customer service is top notch, from the initial phone call through service. I called on a Wednesday and left a voicemail to describe my issue. I received a call back right away and Marco said he could be at my home within the next few hours. I ultimately asked him to come the next day to better accommodate my schedule and he was punctual and came prepared. My main issue was a garbage disposal (which pretty much hadn't been working for over 1.5 years), Marco fixed it almost instantaneously. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is! He was able to quickly identify and troubleshoot my issue, all while being very personable. Marco also went above and beyond -- he noticed that my kitchen faucet had low water pressure and dripped (which has been the case for several months) and he fixed it so easily. I didn't even have to ask, but he willingly fixed it. I look forward to calling Complete Plumbing Works for future plumbing needs! In the meantime I'll definitely refer him to everyone I know!

After an auto accident, needed a price on a simple repair: change the flapper on a toilet. Something ordinarily I could do myself in a few minutes max. Their quote was $235 which seems predatory. So while they have gotten good reviews, perhaps you should check what they are charging you. I work with plumbers on a routine basis in Berkeley and have never been quoted such a high amount for a simple repair.

I had called Complete Plumbing Works to replace some valves for my laundry room and to fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom. Marco came and made the repairs. He was pleasant and while we have no issues with the work in the laundry room the faucet is still leaking. The faucet was leaking immediately after Marco left. It actually leaks worse now then before the repair. We did call back after a week and they did send Marco back to repair the faucet, but it did not work. The faucet is now loose (and it wasn't before), and it leaks much more than before the repair. It used to be slow constant drip, but is now more of a constant stream. Also, on my initial appointment with Complete Plumbing Works they had me double booked and they rescheduled at the last second causing me to reschedule other appointments. And, while the work they say they have a three month warranty on the work they do, they are not very responsive to come back and fix issues that weren't resolved. You have to leave multiple messages and then maybe you'll get a call after a week or two.

Marco is wonderful! We hired him to work on a few different projects around the house - kitchen sink, toilets, water heater replacement, and more. He's always on time, professional, friendly, and responds in a timely manner. Two things I would like to highlight after multiple interactions with Marco. First he did very clean and professional work - left our garage clean exactly as he found it. Second, he was super honest and patient with us. Took a lot of time explaining things and answered all the questions we had. Our water heater had a bad leak, called him around 8pm, and he was able to come the very next morning at 7am. Worked the whole day to replace our old nasty water heater (and hauled it away), and installed a drainer for us in case there was another leak. It's always stressful when you have plumbing issues, but Marco made it easy for us every single time. We highly recommend him!

Overview: Most of you have read my restaurant posts and I speak solely on what I see! With Complete Plumbing Works, you'd probably want to make them your first choice from here on out if they have serviced your residence! I called, explained my issue (leak under my kitchen sink), they gave me a date they would arrive, Marco arrived on that date that was given and he was ON TIME, he took a 10 second look at the problem, knew exactly what it was (old garbage disposal), gave me a price for parts and time, and it was the right price! never had any problems since!! The type of people you can trust who you know will get the job done - for that I give Complete Plumbing Works a complete 5 star rating! Thanks guys! :)

I can't say enough positive things about this plumber. I had an Emergency situation at my Napa home late Friday evening, a clogged kitchen sink that was not improving with mulitple rounds of Draino. I attempted to take apart the drain trap myself and unfortunately broke the connection to under the basin. He responded promptly, and was available at 8pm when most plumbers were telling me they weren't available until the following week. He worked incredibly hard to repair the damage, clear the line, and went above and beyond to make sure the area was cleaned up afterwards. The cost I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely use him in the future and would recommend to others.

Had a bad sink backup. Initially called Roto-Rooters (cause it's a brand name I'm familiar with) and they wanted to charge almost $300 for a fix. Decided to Yelp and find a good reputable local business and came across Complete Plumbing Works. They quoted me about 1/3 the cost AND Marco was able to come out on a shorthand notice. Not only did he fix th issue, but inspected the piping and garbage disposer and gave me a heads up suggesting that it would soon need replacement. He was very thorough, efficient and quick. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs, and I highly recommend that you support your local businesses. THANKS GUYS!!!

Best plumber ever. Not only did Marco pick up when I called but he quoted me a price over the phone, showed up on time, quickly cleared our backed up line and then when I showed him a 10% off coupon I had, he told that the online coupon was 20% so he doubled my new customer discount. It gets better. After he left and I went down to the family room bathroom to clean the yucky sewage-splattered shower stall, I had a pleasant surprise. Marco had cleaned it himself! In all our years as homeowners with a terrible drainage system, no other plumber has ever gone this extra mile for us. That was impressive. Great guy. Great work ethic.

Excellent Job!!! I have had so many issues with my plumbing being backed up the toilet and the bathtub ever since they had a power outage with PG&E the power outage happened 3 different times within a few days. I had 2 or 3 different plumbers and either they didn't know what to do or so called fixed it but the problem persisted until I called COMPLETE PLUMBING. he explained everything to me. took pictures to show me what was going on and fixed the problem just like that. Thank you Mr. Marco. I will definitely be giving you a call if ever I need any plumbing issues

I called Complete Plumbing due to a leak in our main water line coming into our house. Marco showed up within 45 minutes to check out the situation and provide an estimate. On the scheduled day, he showed up on time (to the minute) and did an excellent job without tearing out the complete front yard. I can't say enough about his professionalism and his pride in his work. When he was done, he cleaned up everything like he was never there. I would definitely recommend with no reservations. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

More like Complete laziness or Complete moron. Called Marco for a multi thousand dollar job. Told him where parking space is and he found it but couldn't count the 13 houses between there and our house. I called him and said to walk up the flat walkway 800' to our home; he said he didn't want the job. If he's in a wheelchair, I'll cut him slack....but if not, and he's too lazy or can't count to 13....you should only use him in a dire emergency, and if you have parking right outside.

Marco was great. Our toilet clogged and was leaking through the bottom seal. Marco could of told me the wax seal needed to be replaced off the bat, but instead he was honest and said that it may stop leaking after the clog was removed and the pressure was released. It's always good to know you are dealing with an ho set business man. I will recommend him to anyone I know.

Marco put in new copper pipes for the entire house as well as a tankless water heater. He works efficiently and stays to the task. He's careful of surrounding areas and is very clean and tidy. I was impressed with his dedication to the task, his knowledge, and the quality of his work. He did this plumbing job in 2018 and there have been no problems. Thank you Marco!
