“After an auto accident, needed a price on a simple repair: change the flapper on a toilet. Something ordinarily I could do myself in a few minutes max. Their quote was $235 which seems predatory. So while they have gotten good reviews, perhaps you should check what they are charging you. I work with plumbers on a routine basis in Berkeley and have never been quoted such a high amount for a simple repair.”
“I had called Complete Plumbing Works to replace some valves for my laundry room and to fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom. Marco came and made the repairs. He was pleasant and while we have no issues with the work in the laundry room the faucet is still leaking. The faucet was leaking immediately after Marco left. “More like Complete laziness or Complete moron. Called Marco for a multi thousand dollar job. Told him where parking space is and he found it but couldn't count the 13 houses between there and our house. I called him and said to walk up the flat walkway 800' to our home; he said he didn't want the job. If he's in a wheelchair, I'll cut him slack....but if not, and he's too lazy or can't count to 13....you should only …”
