“Asked them to replace a plumbing cartridge for master shower. The manufacturer already supplied the parts via warranty call. I asked what pricing would be and the only response was 'service call charge' but no clarity as to what this was. $285 later, 15 minutes of their time and no explanation as to why it's that ludicrous of a charge.”
“We had a water softener for the whole property, and two water heaters installed (one per house). The folks who did the work were unprofessional, and condescending. The price was acceptable, or we wouldn't have had it done, but I'd have been willing to pay more for professional service. I would not hire them again, nor would I recommend them.”
