This is the first time I've used this company. I had a leak in my water line coming from my meter. I called Chisholm on a Friday about 12:30. Chris my plumber showed up at 3:00. He identified where my leak was and I needed a new pipe 2 my house from the road. Even though it was Friday and close to quiting time he managed get the company who burrows for pipes to come out. He got someone 2 come mark where my power lines were. Because my land has trees and overgrowth they cldnt get it done. I fully expect not to have water until Monday. He said they would be back at 8:00 in the morning (Saturday). I honestly didn't think they would arrive till about 10ish since it was a Saturday. Chris S. was here @ 8:00. He finished about 2:00. I only have 1 outside water faucet and asked if he cld connect it back. He tried but the pipe was rusted. Instead of reconnecting it knowing i wld have problems in the near future he place a new faucet. I honestly can't say enough about how happy I am with the service I received from Chris S. and his company. I definitely will use and recommend this company in the future. Chris definitely needs a raise for going above what is expected!

We had a great experience with Jonathan from Chisholm Plumbing & A/C. He performed preventative maintenance on our HVAC system and was professional, knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he was checking, answered all of our questions and made sure everything was running properly before he left. Matthew from Chisolm came out to service my air conditioning and heating unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, not just technician talk. You can tell he really knows his craft. On top of that, his customer service was top-notch. He was respectful of my home, showed up on time, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable he was. It felt more like getting help from someone you trust than just a routine service call. I would absolutely recommend Matthew with Chisolm to anyone needing HVAC work done. Solid work, great attitude, and someone you can feel confident having in your home. Their yearly maintenance plans are very affordable as well.

Chris was the most down to earth person. Very professional and extremely thorough. I woul recommend them highly and ask for Chris for AC and also the other Chris for plumbing. Extremely satisfied with both their professional and knowledge. On a side not my dogs loved them which is rare.
