I had water seeping up thru my kitchen floor tiles as well as a few other plumbing issues that needed tending to. Mike came out and checked it out, he was courteous and extra communicative. He sent guys multiple times to check out where the water was coming from. They didn't give up. Even with being flexible for our family's complex needs and tight budget, they worked as though we were a part of their family. Extremely honest and fair priced. I can't say enough good things about them all. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

All of our plumbing was totally clogged. Chet Craig Plumbing had someone come out right away. It turned out to be a much larger problem than we thought. Ben was very proficient and patient throughout the process of finding the problem and solving it and he doesn't mind the dog following him around either. I have to say that I was getting a little worried when it came to point that it wasn't just a clogged pipe, it was a damaged pipe in front of the house and it would have to be located and dug out. I had to leave at that point for a few hours, but when I came home, the truck was gone, the pipe was fixed, you couldn't tell where they had to dig it out and repair it, and my husband was happy with the price which never happens.

I've used Chet Craig for several different jobs now. They are a large enough company you can usually schedule a plumber for the very next day, or perhaps even same day. The prices are very fair and they stick to the quoted price. They're fast, professional, and efficient. The techs have always been very nice. 100% recommend this company. They have become my first choice when I have plumbing needs.
