I was in a very bad place with a burst pipe. I called on a Friday evening at 5:30. Our technician "Jason" showed up quickly and immediately had the water shut off! He is very skilled and totally professional.... the knowledgeable not fooling around type! In and out like 45mins 👍👍

Excellent service from Kevontay. He was able to quickly diagnose an issue at one of our properties, develop a solution, and perform repairs in a timely manner. We definitely prefer to use Caton Plumbing in the future — especially if they send Kevontay.

Called them for a frozen pipe that burst. Sent out a plumber who did okay work. Have to redo the pipe he replaced because it's QPVC and his replacement piping is bent putting stress back on that area. Water remediation crew didn't check my flooring which had a lot of water on it, flooring is bowing in multiple areas after they finished. The crew also damaged my flooring when setting up a plastic tarp to isolate the area. Crew also didn't clean up any of the drywall dust from demoing, only did so after I asked them to. Going to have a GC tear up the floors to look for mold since they didn't even bother to. Edit: Changing review from 2 to 1 stars. I called Catons with my compliants and asked how they would remediate it. Supervisor Dennis I spoke with told me they could only offer to spray anti-fungal when I had someone else pull up the floor. He also said the threshold wasn't their fault as it looked, based off my pictures, that the damage was caused by the flooring they failed to remediate per the contract I signed. Haven't heard back in multiple days, going to file a complaint with the city.

This was the worst service call we have ever experienced. Complete lack of communication internally between technicians and management. Customer service was running interference and was misleading at best. I spent a total of three plus hours on the phone with them over this time period. We had 8 different people out here over the course of 7 days; some just left, some gave wildly different pricing scenarios and solutions. The first plumber cut the water line to our third floor and only made the leak worse - then left. That cost $400! It was a simple fix that was needed. Catons refused to apply a promised credit to our final bill until I made a loud and angry stink about it. I do not recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I came home very early on a Saturday morning after 3 weeks of business travel to water leaking from the ceiling and exhaust fan in my bathroom. I live in a condo and it was from my neighbor above. Leo from Caton Plumbing came out right away on Saturday. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our plumbing system (we have an old building), and he identified the problem right away. Unfortunately the water had to be shut off to our entire building and that required notice to my neighbors so he couldn’t complete the repair until Monday. He made sure that my neighbor’s water was turned off in the bathroom above mine so there would be no leaks on Sunday. He arrived Monday morning and got right to work on the repair. It required a bit of coordination with the building and draining the lines to ensure there were no additional, accidental leaks. He did a great job! He was very knowledgeable, very kind, respectful of my home, he was as neat as he could possibly be, he worked quickly and cleaned up the area once he was finished. They was very stressful for me - just returning home after being away and not knowing what to expect. Leo and Caton Plumbing did an excellent job and made this a quick repair, as stress-free as it could be. Thank you!! I’ll be calling on Leo and Caton Plumbing again!

Ryan came right away and saved the day! I had a clog in a pipe leading to flooding in my basement. He identified and removed the clog quickly. Just editing my review. Ryan was still great. But he told me I would get a camera inspection done of my main line. He said someone would call me and did not say it was time sensitive. Some time went by (maybe a week and a half?) and I hadn't heard anything, so I called the office and they told me the scheduler would be in touch. She did call me the next day, but I missed the call and didn't get a chance to call back until the next week. The conversation was immediately heated -- she told me it was too late to get my drain inspected and it had to be done within 72 hours of the work. I tried to explain that no one had called me or told me it was time sensitive. She said she had called me last week and I took a week to call her back. I explained that she only called me because I had called them. She said she would look into my ticket. I never heard back from her. Ultimately I am disappointed in the communication and customer service re: camera inspection and that I did not get all I had paid for

I noticed a crack down our drywall in a bathroom that looked greatly expanded and was soft/potentially wet. We've had a lot of water damage in our house after we bought it and I couldn't risk it. After a panic search, I settled on Catons since the reviews were so positive. I called, Amber answered, she said she could have somebody out within the hour. Dave the plumber showed up and said he wasn't sure it was actual water damage, potentially just settling that had progressed. J. (Jayel? He was incredible, the field lead), called and asked for photos, and said he'd be on his way to confirm whether or not it was a leak - - with technology I didn't even know existed, very cool and fast. In less than 3 hours, I am now completely relieved. I felt like all 3 of them were on my team roster even though this was the first experience I've had with them. Amazing. I didn't get to test out the full service since I ended up not needing plumbing repairs, but I am grateful and would absolutely call again.

I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from Brandon and Jacob at Catons Plumbing! They were prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Brandon was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment, while Jacob was skilled and efficient in completing the repairs. Their communication was top-notch, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Catons Plumbing and specifically Brandon and Jacob for any plumbing needs/ clean up mitigation. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could! 😊👍. Family oriented team.

Henry was amazing and the utmost professional. His willingness to do whatever it took to complete the job to perfection was impressive. Part of what he had to do was go under the house in the crawl space. This was not something pleasant, but Henry did not hesitate and always kept a smike on his face throughout his visit. I manage people for a living and this young man is a "ROCK STAR". Catons should be proud. I know when I need plumbing services again, I will be calling Catons and asking for Henry! Job well done and my thanks to sending Henry!

The plumber Noe was very respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and very patient with me. He explained the process and answer every question I had. Usually im very tense when I have a stranger in my home, with Noe, I felt very comfortable. He also fix my toilet leak in no time. There was a water main break on my street, on Tuesday night. Caton plumbing was used by Richardson Mews. They came on Wednesday to fix the water main break of course it’s drizzling, so that makes for fun work conditions. They worked all night, water was turned on at 3:30 in the morning. When I left for work this morning I saw all the trucks still here. I was unaware that they slept in their trucks so they could finish the job. I’m very thankful that they worked nonstop until the main was fixed!

Water mitigation & cleanup was done by Brandon & Assistant. Brandon was Amazing and did Great job. He explained the process, respected me and my property. He went above & beyond with assiting me with insurance requirements & follow up. He stayed on top of pack out, insurance requests, and keeping me updated. I hope I never these services again, but if I do, Brandon & Caton will be the ones I call. I will also tell family and friends of the Great job they did. Thank you Brandon and Caton!!

We had a sewage back up in our home basement. We called Caton as I had recalled a prior good experience with them. They came same day and didn’t charge for the call. Amazing! Ramon, the plumber, was very helpful in explaining the situation. He used a long snake which ended up being somewhat expensive. However, That service included a follow up visit, where a pipe camera was used. It revealed a clog in our very old cast iron pipes.
