What reviewers report — the concerns
Other directories bury these. We think you should read them before you call. Every concern below comes from the reviews it cites.
Red flag
Wildly inflated quote ($6K for a 2-foot sewer reroute) with no itemization and a technically flawed approach (unnecessary slab break); signals possible overcharging on complex-sounding jobs.
“I called in for a simple reroute of plumbing to connect to the ac water condensation to the sewers line, which was less than 2 feet away... the quote came up 6k, no description of the work to be done based on cost relation. In the end, I spent $83 at home depot, and 2 hours to fix the issue.”
Quote accuracy is a concern: 1 reviewer received a $6,000 estimate with no line-item breakdown for a sub-2-foot plumbing reroute that cost $83 DIY — no description of work-to-cost rationale provided.

The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“My neighbors, both senior citizens and on fixed income. Their toilet stopped up. I removed the toilet and the drain between the floor and main drain was plugged, with in 4 feet of the floor. They priced the job at $417 to clear the drain and $500 to reinstall the toilet that was sitting on the floor ready to be installed.”
“We called them at 1 PM. To schedule an urgent service needed. They told us they would come in between 4 and 8 PM. I called around 5:30 PM to get an estimate on what time they might be there. They said they were working at another location and it would be on the later timeframe of 4 to 8 PM. They then called at 7:20 PM and said they would not be able to make it out. This was a major inconvenience as we really needed …”
Positive
“Great timely service. Repair was flawless and at a fair price. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.”
