Wow! What a difference. I have used many different plumbers during my time in the Shen Valley. Burgess Plumbing is by far the best. My initial email questioned their service area and area of expertise, and it was met immediately by Melody Burgess, when I say immediately, I mean immediately. I sent a question about hot water heaters at Noon, and it was answered by 3 PM. Melody was polite and knowledgeable. She asked for a few pictures and confirmed Burgess Plumbing could meet my needs. We scheduled a date, and as promised and on time, Alec arrived and conducted the installation. What a pleasant young gentleman and very knowledgeable. The installation looks amazing. Melody stayed in contact throughout the time and remained responsive. Since moving to the Shen Valley, I have gone through many plumbing services, and I will forever be a Burgess Plumbing customer. Great Job, Melody, and Alec. Thank you for ending my search for a quality plumber. I have found one, Burgess Plumbing.

The customer service provided by Melody Burgess is terrible. The job they did was not completed. We were to have a follow up and were told hatefully by her that another charge would be incurred. No one ever called to schedule; received a bill for over $400 with a threatening note that we are going to be turned over to collections. Brian is pleasant to deal with; avoid conversations if at all possible with Melody. It will turn you from ever wanting to do business with them A very dissatisfied customer. In response to the follow up comment, the job WAS not completed and the phone call was made 2 DAYS later. My comment here was explicitly regarding the rude and hateful demeanor of Melody Burgess.

Alec did an EXCELLENT job, he was courteous, fast and efficient and had our water pressure regulator replaced in no time. Highly recommend these guys!
