Dion from Brian B. Quick is easily one of the best folks I've ever had the pleasure of working with when it comes to home repair and I've worked with a lot of folks over the years. Dion quickly diagnosed a high water pressure situation in our 1960s era home after coming out for a smaller, related issue. Dion did a hell of a lot of work to get our water setup updated and stayed late to ensure it was finished right. I honestly wasn't expecting the fix to resolve so many other issues with the bath, toilets, and faucets that we had been living with. Dion was also patient, genial, walked me through the changes both before and after, and was all around a solid and professional individual. I would be happy to have Dion back out for the next thing we need fixed. Thank you, Dion! You fixed our issues, improved our quality of life, and helped me learn more about how all this plumbing stuff should work.

Technician Chris Gatton assessed my problem with the garbage disposal and advised me that I needed to replace it. He advised me of the details and his availability to do the job. My technician was Jordan. He was respectful and competent. Jordan explained the worked to be done and asked me if I had questions. He stayed focused on the work until it was all done. He took no breaks. He had 3 toilets to do, one was a complete replacement. I had no cleanup to do when he left my house. Jordan did a good job and was thorough.
