I first want to say that I am a DIYer and do most of my own work around the house, but I know my limitations. I have used Brazos Home Services for quite a few years now for multiple issues and have never been disappointed in their services. Recently we were doing some renovations and asked Mark and George to move an ice maker water line from one side of the kitchen to another, then relocating a gas stove line/valve in the kitchen and move over some water lines/drain for bathroom sink. Mark also gave me some good recommendations on doing some preventive maintenance on some items before we closed up the walls with drywall. These guys can do it all and the cost was very reasonable. Sadly I moving out of their area of coverage but I will still recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber in the area.

Let me start by saying this. As a homeowner, when ever a problem happens in your house for the first time, it is always difficult to find someone professional to fix it. That is what happened with my water heater. After 14 years of living in my house this is the first time that I have encountered this. I looked on line and tried to search out of unlimited numbers of professional services to fix this issue. Then I saw this family owned (father and sons) and small business Brazos Home Services. I called and spoke to one of the sons (Jorge) and what he provided me initially was the comfort of everything will be fixed and assurance that everything will be alright. He gave me all the information I needed to know in regard to the current condition of my water heater and what is the best option to fix the issue. I felt so assured that they are the best choice. I was scheduled for the home service and on the day of the installation I met the other brother (Mark) and he explained the entire process and they were able to answer all my questions. The installation of the new water heater went so smooth and they made sure that they stayed there to make sure that everything is perfectly installed. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process. They are the definition of "professionalism" and I am so thankful that I made the right choice of choosing them and will definitely refer them to everyone I know. After the freeze, I had a back flow preventer failure. Mark with Brazos came prepared, anticipating a full valve replacement. After diagnosing the problem, he realized the plastic bell internals just needed to be replaced. This could have been a repair that was 3 times the cost I paid. I appreciate Mark’s honesty and integrity. I will recommend him to anyone who needs an honest plumber. I am now a Brazos Plumbing customer for life!

My experience with Brazos Home Services was outstanding and seem less . The entire process from scheduling an estimate, scheduling the water heater installation and billing was great. I dealt mainly with Mark throughout the process. Mark explained the entire process on the water heater to be selected to fit my need. He did not try to sell me more than I needed for my situation. He took time to show me what he had done and answer any questions I needed answering. Also, I now have someone who will come out yearly at no charge to check the system .
