LOVE this company! Zachary and his crew are awesome. They have serviced both my elderly parent's home as well as me and my wife's for the last 4 years. Fisher goes above and beyond in quality of service, timeliness and overall satisfaction. They have helped us in so many ways - from getting a technician out during pipe breaks in an ice storm to replacing both water heaters on short notice. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had an issue with our garbage disposal right before Christmas, and they were absolutely amazing. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also took the time to educate us so the same issue (or something worse) wouldn’t happen again. They could have easily hidden the cause to get more future visits, but instead they chose honesty and education. That says a lot about their values and customer care. The service was excellent from the first call, and they truly earned our trust. Highly recommend!
Extremely friendly and professional from requesting service over the phone, until the technicians arrived. Ongoing communication ensured I knew when they were expected and when they would arrive. The gentlemen were professional and efficient. I felt completely safe having them in my home. Their work was spot on and the cost was very fair and reasonable. Definitely our new family plumber!
