However, in June, 2018 I called them to give me an estimate on some work and asked for the same plumber and found out Dallas and his mother no longer worked for Blue River. I decided to give them an opportunity to give us a proposal along with two other plumbers and they were 3x higher than the other …”

Travers was very knowledgeable and gave me some ideas to avoid the plumbing problem in the future. 4 stars because the price was high ($294) and came as a shock for ~30min of work (cut one piece of exterior 1.5” pvc piping that had clogged due to freezing, confirmed sump pump worked properly). I will use Blue River again but get a quote for everything beforehand.”
