Blue Fox HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, & Drain

I had no AC. My house was 92°. I called blue fox and originally had the appointment set for later in the week and I told them that my house was 92° and they made sure to get me somebody out there as fast as they could. Let me tell you that Brent D is one of the coolest, nicest and most professional techs I have seen in a long time. If ever. Super honest. Fixed my AC fast with no BS sales or anything. AWESOME COMPANY! Forever a fan.

I just had a new HVAC system installed. The entire crew was professional, courteous, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend this company. Brent, Cody, Craig, Brayden and everyone I dealt with were great. The scheduling office was easy to deal with. All around a good experience when you're hit with a major home repair that's not fun. Last year Diego came out to repair the system and his fine work bought me one more year with my old failing system. No pressure sales, exceptional customer service. Good job!

I want to give a huge shout out to BlueFox, and their employees I wish I could name them all, Ryan Mullin came out last December/January to work on our furnace, come to find out it was a whole different problem with our LP. He was courteous AND very knowledgeable. With our first experience it was a no-brainer for us to continue with bluefox, with our AC unit to being replaced, Cody Crawford, was easy to work, he made sure that we knew all the options and there was no sales pressure! Bluefox did a new HVAC unit replacement. Arlee and Dave and team did an excellent job with the installation. They made sure all of my concerns on how we wanted it were addressed and also walked me through the details. They even fixed the issues we were have because of the old installation that came with the original construction of the house. They worked through the coldest days and snowstorm to get our heating back up. Broc our sale rep was excellent he made sure communication was prompt and even responded over the weekend. It’s only been a few days so I can’t comment on how durable things will be, but as of now we are extremely satisfied customers. And certainly feel confident in recommending this team to anyone.

My furnace stopped working and i had 3 techs from 3 different companies come diagnose it. The Blue Fox tech was the most knowledgeable and even got it running again, but a cracked manifold made it unsafe to operate. They quickly got me quotes for 4 levels of furnaces and installed it the next day. They even matched the labor warranty of a competitor. Not happy to have to spend the money on a new furnace, but Blue Fox did a great job from the tech, to the office, to the installer.
