Buck at Blauch Brothers came to my rescue today! After a recent renovation, our brand new bathtub faucet lever started to leak. Buck showed up within hours of calling, listened to my long winded explanation of what had been happening and took the time to find out what was going on. It was not a straightforward fix and he made sure to exhaust all options. I am so thankful and grateful. Such a wonderful experience!

Our 10-year old hot-water heater stopped working. They gave me a competitive quote for an hot-water tank that was furnished by them and the installation. They installed it the same day that it stopped working which was much appreciated. They were honest about their after-hours labor rate which wasn't much more than their regular hours rates unlike most other companies. They were professional and arrived on time. Blauch Brothers to the rescue! Thanks!

We recently had residential plumbing work done with Baluch Brothers. They were very professional and responsive to the many calls and questions we had. From Amber in service, to Zach who came for the initial call, to Seth who came to explain everything, as well as the dig team that did the final repairs and Chelsi that did our follow up, this is a fantastic team! We really recommend Blauch Brothers for prompt, professional , reasonably priced service.

We asked for service on a tankless water heating system and replacing a pipe under a bathroom sink. The first task was slightly different because the previous owner had set up an excellent but unique system in the house. Some of the pipes had build up from hard water. However, all the repair needed was replacing a part in the tankless system that caused the leaking. The build up was cleaned and looked like it had resolved after we had upgraded our water softener solution. While the individuals who came were kind, the first one took 3 hours and then had to call in a supervisor for the tankless system and piping. It was wasting my time working part-time from home while caring for a newborn full-time. Then, I asked multiple times for an estimate and they skirted around the question. When they looked at the sink pipe, they just put plumber's tape around it. The job wasn't finished when they sent an overpriced invoice. They said it was an error. We asked twice for an itemized invoice which they never sent. Also, we told them not to come back to finish the job if they would charge more. They promised not to charge more, came, and then charged more. Now, the water system is connected to a heated floor system installed by the previous owner of the house. Multiple professionals commented on how well the previous owner installed the system - including Blauch Brothers. Since they touched the system, it does not work. When asked if they could fix it for free since they likely did something, they evaded the question with "we can help you by looking at it" but not saying clearly whether they could do it free or not. It is understandable if they couldn't do it for free, but the lack of clarity was disappointing. We will likely pursue the previous plumbing company as they were dependable, efficient, and reasonably priced. They were just not available at this time, so that is why we tried Blauch Brothers.

Our home was built by Ryan Homes ~2 years ago and we came to find out, over time, that a master bath toilet pipe was not sloped properly causing a major collection of water within the pipe. Thankfully, this was not an emergency issue. After a dozen or so "clogs" I contacted Blauch Brothers. I requested Blauch's service online one evening and by the next business day they were on site inspecting my toilet. The technicians, Stacey, his son, and another man were incredibly helpful and informative throughout their visit. They even provided me with video footage and photos (USB drive) so that I could continue to support my case with the RH warranty department. I felt the Blauch team genuinely cared and wanted to help in any way possible. Great group. I was more than happy with the service provided.
