⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bill Frusco Plumbing did an outstanding job fixing my clogged drain. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, which came in much lower than I expected. My technician, Amir, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions, and left the work area spotless when he was finished. It's not often that you find a company that combines great service, fair pricing, and true professionalism, but Bill Frusco Plumbing delivered on all three. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Matt is a young person that brought back my faith in this generation working hard for their future. He is courteous, conscientious, hardworking ,committed to his profession (which is not the easy way out). The job I employed him to do, I knew wasn’t easy! And it did take 10 hours to complete. I will tell you it was professional and done well throughout the day! We trust Bill Fruscos plumbing to bring the best and that’s exactly what they did. Thank you Matt and your assistant. Mark has provided excellent service for my oil burner and he's very considerate for my family and friendly. He identified few my issues and can wait to see the results later on. Update: I had to call the company back out due to tons of water leak. John resolve the issue quick and solve the problem less than an hour. Update: issue has not been resolved. My oil burner is still leaking water. The amount of water coming from the pressure relief valve is about 15 full buckets per day. I was told that installation of these new parts for my oil burner should resolved it but it didnt. I should not be dumping this much water from my oil burner. Update: The company were reasonable on the fact they couldn't resolved my boiler issue on the very first day but they did compensated for me on the amount of time and the money i've spent. I still find it very over price. Mark and his partner had installed a new boiler and resolved my leaking issue. Evan had fixed my domestic valve. Moreover, the girls at the office Diana, molly, and other were very helpful on answering my question. Update: Somehow my new boiler stop working and I had no heat since 5 in the morning. Mark came out and resolved in no time and my family is very happy with his work and respectfulness.

I called Bill on a Friday, asking for a quote and info on my boiler that had started leaking. It was almost 20 years old. I set up a consult for Sunday, although I was open to an early Saturday morning consult. Evan, one of their technicians showed up Saturday morning around 8:30 AM and assessed the boiler and my wife was so pleased that she moved forward with the install. I awoke from bed to hear that he was on his way to get the right boiler for installation immediately. It happened so fast I was a bit taken aback. I called to ask a few more questions, I couldn’t believe how efficient the process went. Evan called me back once advised by the office and answered every question. He was polite, knowledgeable and it turns out he had done work on my mother-in-law’s house not too long ago. That alone boosted my confidence in the service. I got the boiler and an expansion tank installed by Noon! Evan helped clean up some of the water with shop rags and I thank God that he was the tech that came out to provide me service! The price was fair and manageable, and if I needed any further work I would ask for Evan again!! Bill Frusco’s company is now my primary company for all my plumbing and heating needs! Now that is top notch service!!!
