I had a great experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing heating and air conditioning! I called them for an emergency repair. They came out quickly and it didn't break the bank. They have great communication and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be a regular customer!

Got great work from both Evan and Anthony on my new toilet installs. My building has wild regulations and prerequisites needed by plumbers to do work here, and they navigated around those and did great, quick, professional work. Thanks guys!

My water heater went out last night and as you can see in the picture there was water already forming at the bottom. This would’ve been a disaster if it had gone on for longer but lucky I caught it in time. The bad part was that it’s 20 degrees out so I needed hot water right away. I was recommended by a friend to call Bill Frusco and was so glad I did. I called the next morning and Molly was so helpful in getting me a price (which I thought was very fair) and appointment for same day. Jack the technician came out later in the afternoon and was able to complete install in less than 2 hours. He was very nice and professional. We needed a plumber that could work with us to complete a multifaceted renovation project in one day, in a small space with two other trades involved. The estimate came in at a fair price, the communication with the company was excellent and the two technicians (who showed up on time) tag teamed to work with, and around, the carpenter and painter, who also were trying to get everything done in a day.
