As a first time customer, I was impressed with the promptness and quality of service. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful as he endeavored to conquer a pesky AC problem. He explained the process and provided solutions as the investigation unfolded. I appreciate Jake's enthusiasm and persistence to get my system back up and running.

Nothing alarms you more than when out of nowhere the water sensor starts to blare from the crawlspace. Immediately saw that the AC had a leak coming from the bottom, nearly like a faucet pour. I called Hirschberg and within hours not only was the clogged drain repaired, but Matt kept me informed at every step in the process. I really appreciate the quick service and peace of mind.

I had a great experience with Hirschberg Mechanical when they came out to handle a sewer pipe backup at my home. I called, and they were able to respond within just a few hours, which was a huge relief given the situation. John and Kyle were both very professional and courteous. They explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure the job was done right. They quickly cleared the drain and did a thorough cleanup afterward, which I really appreciated. Pricing was upfront and transparent—no surprises, which is always a big plus. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service. I would definitely use Hirschberg Mechanical again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Hirschberg offers amazing service and we were 100% satisfied. Another HVAC contractor had told us that the next time our furnace quit we needed to buy a new one (it had gone out 3 times and the previous contractor restarted it each time but weren't sure why it started again). Hirschberg sent James and he found the actual problem, ordered the part, and was safely able to reignite the furnace to that we would have heat until they could make the full repair. What else--they explained everything and patiently answered all our questions. We live in West Norriton so they do work outside the immediate Philly area.
