“Knoxville Pluming sounded very professional on the the phone. Upon arrival, very scripted and very sales driven. I was sold on the flashy videos and brochures. I didn't take the time I should have to read all the reviews, big mistake! They replaced the sewer pipe from the house to the road and in the process damaged our Japanese Maple, valued at $3,000+.
