Randy C & his assistant from Benjamin Franklin did an excellent job. My brand new toilet works great now. They both took the time to tell me what needs to be replaced and why. This company is a good plumbing company to call to repair bad old plumbing problems.

My sump pump went out, the basin was full and time was of the essence before potential flooding. Benjamin Franklin showed up within an hour of reaching out! The lady I scheduled with was detailed and reassuring! Then Randy showed up, my hero without a cape! He explained options and got to work quickly. The standout service was all of the information sharing that went beyond just the new sump pump. I appreciated Randy spending the extra time making sure I understood the new equipment. All around outstanding experience!

I was out of town and my wife called to have a toilet installed. They charged 1200$ to set a toilet and left with a kink in the supply line and stated on the invoice that the water line had a pressure issue. The plumber also caulked around the base of the toilet and left it looking like a child threw paste at it. There was also a complaint of having to drill a pilot hole through tile to mount the unit. Do plumbers not have to use a drill bit ever? One of the worst jobs ever preformed. What plumber charges this much to set a toilet and leaves with it not working? I feel violated because the plumber took advantage of an unsuspecting customer that doesn't know much about plumbing. Update: They did send someone back to fix the caulking and offered me $200 dollars to take down by 1 star review. I've updated it to 2 stars.

Had an issue with water pressure in my tub and had one of their guys come over. Was told that the likely culprit was a valve in the spout and quoted around $550 for replacement. My partner called me (I was at work at the time and now wish so badly I had scheduled a time I was there to call this out) and I told him I would just replace it myself and if there was a further issue, we'd call back and continue services. I also asked if he'd be willing to disclose the part number to make it easier for me and hung up. He gave it, but then charged an extra $124 for "diagnosing the issue". I was aware and agreed, on the phone, he was going to charge the $90 fee for his time to visit and give an estimate of the issue. But then to charge $124 for a part number without disclosing that saying it would cost us so much is scummy and scammy. Especially when I was willing to find the piece myself if he wasn't willing to disclose the number. As a blue collar worker that busts *as for my paycheck and the work that I do, this is disgraceful. $224.97 for him to come out, look at the tub for 15 minutes and leave. I so wish I was there to call this out. Do better.

I knew this would come down to a he said she said ordeal because as you can see they've totally twisted what they said and what I said. If you look at other reviews I'm far from being the only one to say what horrible treatment was given by this company. This office doesn't care about customer satisfaction only about their money. Look at the pictures is this how you would expect a company to leave your place? That alone should tell you who is the dishonest person here. Disrespected and lied to by the Davenport office. I was told by Billy there shouldn't be an issue fixing my water heater or my clogged sink. They couldn't fix my water heater and they couldn't fix my sink clog. I was offered a 15% discount for them telling me that the liquid they would use would work immediately but it did nothing. What's worse is they left with my $356 without leaving an invoice or telling me they were leaving. They left filthy horrible smelling water in both my kitchen sinks and left the filthy plunger out on the counter. They dumped the water that backed up in my sinks into my bathroom toilet after stating to dump it out the backdoor leaving black goop on the toilet seat. All this and they believed a 15% discount would compensate me. I was never so disrespected, dissatisfied and lied by any company like this. There promise of customer satisfaction was a joke! This company is a joke and only cares about their money! See the pictures of how they left the sink and the bathroom.
