Jordan S came today to service my hot water heater. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He very clearly explained about my unit and told me the importance of flushing it at least every year. We talked about a couple other options. As a widowed older woman I was pleased to hear about your yearly maintenance and respond to any problems quickly. That fee fit into my budget so I was happy to sign up for that. I had a leak from my outdoor 1/4 ball valve faucet. I went onto Angie’s List and Ben Franklin Plumbing was the very first to text and call. Marshall was able to come in about 2 hours. I also live in a townhouse and I didn’t know where my water shut off was. Marshall walked the property and found the shut off. It’s good to know where it is now. I had my faucet replaced and the city water was also tested. It came back very high in chlorine as well as very hard water! I would recommend Marshall at Ben Franklin. They do good work and it’s an easy name to remember!

We have had such great service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing lately. They care send us great plumbers who do an excellent job, and they do it with care and concern for the customer. Each one is very respectful and they try to please also!! We just had Chris from the South Daytona Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Co. and he just cleaned out our drains in all areas, and he did an amazing job!! It's great to know that there are caring and hard working plumbers who go the extra mile and he sure did for us today!! Thank you again Chris!!

Kevin Bradley and Myles Goatley came to my parents’ home, and the entire experience, from the initial diagnosis to the final repair, was excellent. During the first visit, they took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what was happening, and outline the steps needed to fix it. They returned for a second visit to complete the job, and the quality of their work was just as impressive. They were efficient, respectful of the home, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. We’re grateful for their reliable service and would gladly call on them again. Highly recommended.

Marshall is outstanding! He found answers to my concerns! He even got his hands dirty checking in the ground for my water meter! I will call for further help as needed! Outstanding!! He emailed recommendations for my son to review. No repairs as yet. I have toilet issues and outrageous water bill charges. He also gave advice regarding a water filtration system I have.
