Excellent service! The technician was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly found the problem with my AC and got it fixed. It's refreshing to have someone show up on time, be polite, and actually take the time to answer questions. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Alan and the gentlemen with him did an outstanding job of removing our old AC system and replacing it with a completely new system. They kept us informed of their progress along the way, were polite, professional and took their time to make sure that everything was done and done correctly. American Air can certainly be proud of the people they hire.

An exceptional experience! I was in need of getting my older gas water heater replaced. I contacted American and I was greeted by a friendly voice named Rebecca. Rebecca scheduled a quick appointment to get an estimate scheduled around my busy schedule. A technician named Sean came out and gave me 2 estimate options, both very reasonable. I booked my choice with Rebecca and she proceeded to schedule the installation again around my schedule. Sean who gave the estimate, was my tech to perform the install. I liked that it was the same person who visited my home so he knew what to expect without any issues. Sean was courteous, polite and professional. He performed the install efficiently and checked every facet in my home to be sure we were good to go. Sean cleaned, and packed up neatly the work area, removed all the packaging including my old dinosaur water heater. I plan on having American in my home should I ever need plumbing, ac, or electric work done. Thanks American for making it easy, affordable and for responding promptly.
