Had an emergency! Water main leak! Water had to be turned off to house… now I’m livin in the Stone Age… stressing out ! So I called Drain Mechanics , they sent out a good man who sincerely wanted to help me…Lucas what a nice guy… called office, pulled emergency permit and said we can do it tomorrow …, next morning 2 big guys with shovels and pic axes , Russell and Hunter came to save the day and dug a 80 ft of trench in 3 hours in 85 degree heat through 1ft of concrete dust but got the job done , put in the new pipe, then Lucas attached it to the water main and the house … I was good to go! These 3 guys Lucas , Russell and Hunter got it inspected same day and backfilled the trench and left it clean and shiney… I would highly recommend “DRAIN MECHANICS “ of Palm Bay to do your plumbing…… because of the people they choose for there employees, good ,caring ,hardworking , respectful workers like Lucas , Russell and Hunter who really want to help and get the job done and you know “Getter Done!!!”

Unfortunately, the toilets and septic in our house were backed up and was very stressful trying to find the right company to come do a pump out for us. But I was very satisfied with the work that Joey and both Andrew did at my house and pumping out my septic tanks. They were extremely friendly, well knowledgeable men that knew what they were doing. Very grateful for both of them and all that drain mechanics has done for my family. Thank you so much!

I’m a snowbird from New England. I was warned that any of the trades in Florida were liable to be rip-offs or incompetent. Two days ago my water heater failed..,and I had my 3 nieces here for school break. Called one plumber…leave a message. Called another…3days and wanted payment up front…yeah right. Pressured to get a heater I headed to the Moose Lodge in Vero. I got Drain Mechanics Plumbing from two members Called…professional woman answers the phone. Takes my info and I send her pictures. 5 minutes later a firm quote, installation today,and payment when the job is complete. Clean, professional and the price was less than two other companies. Drain Mechanics made my life easy. Highly recommend!!!

So this is a long post fyi. I want to express my eternal gratitude to the City of Palm Bay and Drain Mechanics Plumbing & Septic .Almost 7 months ago after we moved back in with my grandma and started fixing this place up we had major septic issues. You couldnt even take a shower longer than 5 to 10 minutes if you were lucky. A plumber told me to contact the city. I didnt think it would make a difference but I did anyway. After many long talks and paperwork etc we now are on city sewer. FOR FREE. We received a grant directly from the city. This job would have cost me almost 8 thousand dollars.The septic tanks have been destroyed and we are just waiting a few weeks for sod. Drain mechanics even re-graded a section of our yard that was a problem with the extra dirt they had from the job completely free of charge. They were very respectful and treated the property as if it were their own including adding dirt around a problem section of fence without me asking. Every single person we dealt with at drain mechanics and the city of palm bay went above and beyond for my grandma and us. Long story short. I know people get mad at the city all the time or talk about wanting help and needing help all the time. This was just our experience and it was life changing. So, it never hurts to ask for help. The wait might be long but ya never know what might happen unless you try. TRUST DRAIN MECHANICS WITH ANY PLUMBING NEEDS.

I can’t tell you enough how appreciative I am for this company and Allan coming to the rescue and helping us . We bought our first home and moved In 2 weeks ago and our septic started coming out the toilet !!i was a crybaby and felt helpless but Allen and is helper Antwon not only did a great job but were so kind! calming me down and educating us on how to maintenance our septic tanks we know nothing about i’m so grateful for these guys and if you ever need a septic service, they are the GOAT !
