We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Beetles. I had watched some of their social media videos while researching our sewer issues and saw that they were a local, family-owned business. Larry came out for an estimate, and just a few days later we had a plumbing emergency — he and his whole team jumped in and helped us immediately, even in sub-zero windchills. Every member of the crew was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable individually - I have found this is a big rarity with other companies whose owners giving the initial estimate often are the only ones with expertise. That was not true here. They were honestly the cleanest/most respectful contractors I have ever had - even while breaking up concrete in our small basement — a job that could have easily created a huge mess. Throughout the entire process, what also stood out was their communication… I so appreciated the ability to TEXT with them instead of having to call to ask questions about the estimate. Kelly was so proactive and communicative - they let us know exactly when they were on their way so we could plan. I would (and will!) recommend them to anyone with minor or large plumbing issues. Even their service fee to come out is much more reasonable than other companies. Larry and his son (also Larry), Luke, and the rest of the team were all very patient with our questions prior to beginning work. It’s rare to find a company like that these days. Thank you Beetles!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Beetles Plumbing Solutions. I woke up on New Year’s Day to sewage backing up in my basement and was completely panicked—not to mention overwhelmed by the smell. I called and left a voicemail, and they responded right away by text, which immediately put me at ease. They were able to schedule a technician for early the very next morning, which was such a relief. Ricky was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything and made a very stressful situation feel manageable. This company truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond when it matters most. I am incredibly grateful for their quick response and excellent service and would highly recommend Beetles Plumbing Solutions to anyone in need of a reliable, caring plumbing company.

Well, that could have gone better. Maybe there was a miscue, but I can't afford the kind of work this service seems geared toward. We had someone out about a broken water diverter in our shower. That does require the whole shower set to be replaced, and it looked due. Also the toilet handle needed to be jiggled all the time. The fellow wanted to put in a different kind of shower set that he said might require knocking out more tile to put in a whole plate. He said they might have to take out some of the wall as well. We did point out the access panel in the bedroom closet, which he didn't bother to open, and said sometimes they still couldn't reach what they needed and had to take out some wall. He didn't suggest any kind of kit that might fit in the space allowed, or ask what we wanted. I asked about the toilet handle, and could he adjust it. He took off the cover and took a look inside, and said "Well - they don't really make these anymore." "You mean 2023 American Standard toilets?" I said, reading the underside of the cover in his hands. He proposed replacing the entire toilet. I said I didn't think it was necessary, and he suggested just replacing the handle ourselves. I asked about replacing the kitchen faucet, and he enthused about putting in a no-touch faucet for us. To me those seem mostly designed for not catching anything in public restrooms, and I disliked the idea of not being able to adjust how much water I was getting. I said I really just wanted a nice gooseneck, and didn't need a touch-free. We paid him for his time and he emailed us an estimate that included everything he said he wanted to do and nothing I said I wanted. At no time did he ask us what we wanted, nor, apparently, did he listen to what we said. We ended up with an estimate for just under 5,700.00 for a collection of services we did not want. The next day we called a plumber who lives in our building and he sent out a young fellow who replaced the shower kit for 500.00. We'll be having him out again for the sink. I put a few drops of 3-in-one oil on the toilet handle and it works fine now.

Luke, who installed a beautiful new faucet on my newly-refinished sink, and checked a shower faucet and head that were dysfunctional--was delightful--professional, respectful of me and my property, and absolutely willing to help me in any way that he could. I'm a long-time homeowner (this is my 8th residence), and I know from long experience that when you find a good, fair, and honest repairman of any kind, you stick with him! Beetles will be my plumber for any kind of plumbing work I need in the future (and I've already contacted them about additional work)! Update: Larry and his team of experts just completed a major project for me, the magnitude of which you have to see to appreciate: taking a wannabe "handyman special" that was as dangerous as it was unattractive (because washer plumbing--which was poorly designed, and must've been malfunctioning for decades--was buried behind a tiled concrete floor, and the working end of the HVAC system was buried behind a wall, with insufficient clearance between the A/C filter chamber--maybe 8"--even to install a new filter). They replaced the old handyman "cabinets" with beautiful new oak ones (as you'll see, I couldn't even open my toploader properly, before); the tile flooring with waterproof "oak"; and the poorly-constructed drop tile ceiling with a bright new one (in addition to adding outside faucets where there were none before). Not only that, but they replaced the ugly paneling "walls" with real (sheet rock) ones, put in some lovely louvered sliding doors on one side and solid ones in front of the HVAC; and gave me a brand new sliding door to the next room, instead of the falling-apart plastic according door that was there before. Just look--now it's a room I can be comfortable and happy in, doing laundry! Update: Larry did a final inspection and put on some minor finishing touches today. I couldn't be happier with the work, and we are already talking about the next project.

Reached out to Beetles Plumbing for a kitchen faucet replacement after seeing their ad on our local newspaper (more often than not, we try to deal with and support our local businesses). Very friendly and courteous attention over the phone (Lauren) -- very prompt response and very accommodating in setting up appointment to fit our schedule. Very courteous, friendly, and professional plumber (Ricky) -- walked us through a few options before setting down to work on what we needed and wanted done. Job was well done and clean-up was thorough. We are definitely pleased with the end result. The only downside/negative aspect was the unexpectedly high labor cost [faucet was pre-purchased elsewhere]. We did reach out to other plumbing services for competing quotes, but ultimately decided to work with Beetles Plumbing, even though their quote was on the higher end. Again, we prefer to support local businesses... and we also wanted to establish a longer-term relationship with a reliable local plumbing service to handle future needs. Thank you for a job well done.

We had our first major home renovation completed by Beetle's. It was a bathroom renovation. Beetles owner personally worked with us as we planned out a design of how the bathroom would look and the steps of how to proceed and what we should expect along the way. Beetle's consistent professionalism, friendliness and communication kept us all on the same page. The end result of Beetle's bathroom remodel is a beautifully refreshed and brand bew bathroom space. Beetle's thoughtful attention to detail really shows. If you need a bathroom renovation and looking for a general contractor who has reputable tradesmen they work alongside, then Beetle's is the right choice to go with. They are fantastic.

Very professional and personable. Respectful of property. The technician was very easy to work with. Will use in future for plumbing needs. Highly recommend! Scheduling was very easy called in someone answered, got me in sooner then I figured. Non emergency, but got me in quickly. Appreciate that you could call in and talk to a person. In today’s world, that is appreciated. 1st time. Second time little emergency. But never the less called left message on Sunday nite at 10:00 and received a call before 8am Monday. Technician here by 12:00 & fixed and up & running before 1:30pm. Again reasonably priced. Tech extremely pleasant & efficient. Thank you for the good service.

I’m telling you, Beetles plumbing is the real deal. A true mom and pops shop feel. From the very first call on a Sunday evening, to officially scheduling someone to come out was excellent. Larry, the owner, arrived at our house to do the job within the promised two hour slot. His customer service, knowledge of the product(we have Polybutylene piping and not too many plumbers in the area can service this), and professionalism were incredible. I know if I have to use them in the future I would be in good hands. They truly went above and beyond to go through what our options would be for the fix. Money well spent, thank you for saving the day and getting our leak under control!

Beetles Plumbing provided EXCELLENT service to repair my well pressure tank. They arrived promptly at the appointment time, went straight to work, were well prepared and were very friendly. I work from home and my office is right next to where they were working and they were very considerate of me attending my conference calls. They completed their work without any delay. They were helpful in answering some random questions from me regarding my water system - things not related to fixing my pressure tank (I don't even know if that is what the technical term is). We called Beetles Plumbing on Sunday while their office was closed during a massive snowstorm. Kelly returned my call bright and early Monday morning to see if we still needed help. They sent Ricky and Little Larry out to help us with a leak that filled up a 5 gallon bucket overnight. We were so stressed and genuinely could not be more grateful for the white glove experience we had with Beetles Plumbing. Their pricing was fair, the work was completed quickly, and I was comfortable having them in my home while it was just me and my husband was at work. Definitely can’t say that for every company. Highly, highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ricky from Beetles Plumbing Solutions came out today to correct the vent piping on our water heater, and we couldn’t be more thankful. He explained what was wrong, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was venting properly so our home is safe. Knowing our family is no longer unknowingly at risk from improper venting lets me sleep much better tonight. Ricky was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend Beetles Plumbing Solutions! They helped my parents by installing a new garbage disposal, and cleaning out drains. Luke and Larry went above and beyond. I received messages when they were going to arrive and then even a follow up from Luke to ensure me everything was taken care of. The guys from Beetles Plumbing….Ricky, Luke and Larry (son) were great! Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up after their work which I appreciated as well! This is my second interaction with Beetle’s plumbing and they have been nothing less than exceptional each time. They are so professional, honest, and caring about your situation. They came same day when I needed them. They gave me several options of what I could do with no pressure on any of them. They did the job quickly, Professionally, and cleaned up after themselves. Luke was so nice with my son. He even gave him a coloring sheet and crayons. Such an excellent company and excellent humans. Highly recommend!
