Vlad from Balken Plumbing in Parker installed my Bradford White hot water and did a great job. He was personable and friendly, showed up on time with no issues at all. Balken Plumbing gave me a great price on a high end water heater $600 less than a local estimate even though they came from Parker to Elizabeth. I wouldn’t hesitate using them for plumbing, heating or water treatment.

We had a great experience with Balkan replacing a leaking water pipe that flooded our utility room and sauna room. They responded immediately and replaced pipes and fixtures. They worked quickly, explained everything, answered our questions, and gave us a very fair price. Everyone from the restoration company and our neighbors who helped are impressed with their work, and we are looking to working with them again on preventative measures.

Great response to a leak in my humidifier. I called at 8 am on a Saturday. They got here at a little after 10 am. identified and fix the problem really quickly. Very good customer service.

Arrogant

Whoever was driving today in Mission Viejo blew threw a crosswalk and almost hit my dog and I, completely unacceptable. I looked at the driver and they were flying down a hill texting and driving and didnt see us. I have no idea how this company is, but whoever is that driver needs to be better, completely unacceptable

Balkan Plumbing is absolutely the best. Vladi came out on short notice to help with a leaking PRV on my main water line and took the time to show me how to check my line pressure and what to watch for in other parts of my system. We’ve used Balkan Plumbing for years for a variety of services including water heater repairs, sprinkler vacuum breaker valve issues, and locating hidden leaks in our system. Every time, the service has been fast, professional, reliable, and economical. If you’re in Parker, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, or anywhere in Douglas County and aren’t getting water where you need it—or you’re getting water where it shouldn’t be—Balkan Plumbing should be your first call. 10/10 highly recommend.

We had our water heater fail overnight, flooding the basement and by calling Balkan, they made the process as simple as possible. They gave us a virtual quote with photos so we didn’t have to wait for someone to come out for an estimate. The price was reasonable - Their competition forced me to have someone come out for a quote and tried to get an extra 1100 out of me for the same exact water heater. They were even able to come out the same day and installed the new water heater and hauled away our old heater. They took some proactive measures to address a bad shutoff valve as well, which was appreciated. Overall, very pleased with the work and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I've used Balkan Plumbing twice now, and both times I was very impressed with their service. The first time was during the great CO flooding of 2023, Nasko came out to replace my sump pump. He and his partner were responsive, professional, and polite. They discussed options and answered all my questions. This time I had the ball valve on my sprinkler line replaced. An easy job for these professionals, but Vlad was very polite and courteous. He walked me through the process, and answered all my questions. Efficient and reasonably priced. I'm happy to stick with Balkan for my future plumbing needs.

Probably about as good of plumbing help as you can find. Came out at 8PM when my hot water heater failed. Added me to their day the next morning (before typical hours) and were done in 30-40 min for a very reasonable price. Everything was fixed in less than 14 hours from when the problem started. This all happened in the week before Christmas as well. Extremely nice and professional. This is the second time they’ve been the only plumbing service willing to come out quickly for an emergency. Would never use a different plumbing service.

These guys are just awesome. They installed a new hot water heater for us when I was out of town, and my wife kept commenting about how polite and pleasant they were. They were also very competitive with their bid. The gas valve on the Bradford White HWH failed after a month, and they immediately got out and replaced it. It wasn’t their fault, but they stepped up and took care of the problem. The thing I really like about them is their responsiveness. They answer their phones or call back immediately.

We had a basement leak and the team responded quickly, getting someone out first thing the next morning. The initial repair was fast, but the mitigation company later noticed the pipe had a negative slope toward the house, which could have caused issues down the line. We called to let them know, and they were very responsive, sending someone out right away to fix it properly. We really appreciated their quick action and willingness to make it right—great customer service!

Live in Woodland Park, our Water Heater was leaking and stopped working. We contacted Balkan online Sunday afternoon, they reach out us within 5 minutes, sent a list of replacements and cost, scheduled an appointment for Monday. Vladi arrived at the scheduled time, he remove the old one, cleaned up the area, installed the new one. All took less than 2hrs. Recommend to only one wanting Fast, Friendly, Professional service. We hired Balkan Plumbing to replace our pressure relief valve after getting 3 different quotes. They were the best price by several hundred dollars, but we definitely don’t feel like we sacrificed anything for our savings! They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, did a wonderful job, and we even got a warranty. This company is very affordable and super professional, and we will definitely be telling everyone we know about them!
