“We had a leak in a toilet inlet connector. We called them for a service. The tech came in and quoted $750 for the repair service. We negotiated down to $500. Because this was emergency and I did not have time to repair myself, and I let him do the job. Even at negotiated price, this is rib-off, taking advantage of emergency situation. We will never use their plumbing service in the future.”

“I hate leaving negative reviews but it has to be done! Please avoid using this company. Nothing against the technician that came out. Rahmel was great! I used this company 3 years ago when my water heater busted and it was fixed quickly and done correctly.
