Overall great experience! Customer service was stellar. Mr. Willis explained what the process would be from beginning to end, thoroughly. Pricing was straight forward and I never felt like I was being bamboozled like other companies in the area. If you want your pipes laid right call Atlanta Plumbing they’ll see that you’re satisfied and your precious investment/property is taken care of.

Great service with multiple pricing points. I called needing quick service and spoke with Mike. He was very helpful in explaining my options and gave me multiple price points that fit my budget. They were able to come out the very next day and did a great job. I’m definitely adding them to my list of regular service providers.

We had a leak in a toilet inlet connector. We called them for a service. The tech came in and quoted $750 for the repair service. We negotiated down to $500. Because this was emergency and I did not have time to repair myself, and I let him do the job. Even at negotiated price, this is rib-off, taking advantage of emergency situation. We will never use their plumbing service in the future.

We caution people to read all reviews of this company. There seems to be a huge difference in star ratings for this company on yelp versus google. We shared our experience on yelp in case our google review gets deleted. There was a lot of discrepancies on pricing, actions of the project, and honestly, we just didn't trust they would do a good job due to our conversations. It's never ideal to call a plumber during an emergency and I felt like the company knows people often don't have options. They answered our thumb tack request quickly, however, we felt taken advantage of, and I would choose another option next time.

I hate leaving negative reviews but it has to be done! Please avoid using this company. Nothing against the technician that came out. Rahmel was great! I used this company 3 years ago when my water heater busted and it was fixed quickly and done correctly. I used them again when my toilets were leaking water, Rahmel came out and it was fixed quickly. But this time when I used them...terrible! Rahmel came out to fix my toilet because it wouldn't flush nor would my shower drain. My window was between 7:00-9:00am. He didn't show until around 9:30 (which I was fine with). He found nothing to be wrong with the toilet and so I thought GREAT. About 10 minutes after he left, My toilet backed up into my shower. I called and called and called and NO ONE answered the phone. It was during their store hours as well. I left three messages and NEVER heard back from anyone. And still haven't. This happened about 2 weeks ago. I'm so disappointed but I had 2 great experiences before this. I will never use this company again!

Atlanta Plumbing and Drain provided excellent service from start to finish at my property in Stone Mountain, Georgia. My service professional, Alema, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. Alema’s attention to detail and quality workmanship really stood out. He made sure the job was completed correctly, kept the work area clean, and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Alema definitely exceeded expectations. Terrible communication. Rescheduled several times at the last minute. Ultimately took three months to fix a broken sewer drain. The actual repair only took a couple of hours. Tore up my yard and destroyed about 100 feet of fencing in the process. No remorse or compensation for the damage they caused to my fence. Charged $1,400 to unclog the sewer in January. This was a waste of money as there really was no clog. It was broken at a tee joint. Then charged another $16,000 for the repair on March 11. And they broke my irrigation line in the process. Took several more weeks to get them to come and fix that damage.

​I highly recommend Alema for anyone seeking a reliable plumber in the Stone Mountain or Lithonia, GA area. He did a fantastic job addressing our plumbing needs. While the service is a premium investment, the quality of work is well worth the cost. Alema was incredibly meticulous, testing every component thoroughly to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before finishing the job. If you want the job done right the first time, he is the professional to call.

Non faulty equipment was replaced for an up charge and the $100 inspection fee that was supposed to applied to my bill was never applied. When asked why wasn't my bill adjusted I was told I misunderstood what I was told. I was informed by a rep that the fee would be waived and not discounted from the bill. I feel like I've been taking advantage of on the front and back end. Consumers beware!

I had a bad leak and called Atlanta plumbing and drain company; I had spoken to Rommel in office and he immediately sent out Jason and Parrish. Jason and Parrish came and fixed my under slab leak in one day (originally was told it would take two days) and they constantly keep me updated on what they were doing. Everyone in this company is so professional. I would recommend them 10x over!

My favorite plumber in College Park, I called because everything was backing up in my house and it was a real bad mess. I needed a 24hr plumber and I Googled Atlanta Plumbing & Drain and they answered and came out within an Hour. Got the problem resolved immediately. I am truly appreciative of a black owned business having the expertise and professionalism as this company.
