Called for a repair for a water backing up in the tubs and they were able to come within 2 hours. They fixed the problem. Will definitely use them again next time.

Needed yearly maintenance done on my water heater to drain it; since it's gas and I'm elderly, I don't feel comfortable doing it myself. Have been using Arriaga for several years and always get excellent service, especially in the few emergency situations that have arisen over the years.

Great experience! The plumber arrived within the stated time window. He was friendly, efficient, and tidy! He replaced the 3 cutoff valves under our kitchen sink. I have zero complaints and would recommend Arriaga Plumbing to others!

One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. They proceeded to work on my system without providing any quote or estimate of any kind. At the end of a few hours trying and failing to fix my issue they said they would have to come back out and cut my wall open. They tried to charge me $400 for the first day, then another $400 to come back out and repair. Again, not a single time did they provide me with a quote, only after doing the work did they tell me it was $400. The guy who was on site was nice (no issue with him, other than not providing a quote) and said they would call me to process the payment. A few days later a woman from their office calls and tells me it's $380 or there about. I explain to her I wouldn't be paying the full amount as I wasn't even given the chance to approve the work or fees. I tried to explain that I would pay a fair and honest amount that I felt was owed as I do NOT like taking advantage of people. Before I could even finish was I was saying, she puts me on speakerphone and the owner starts yelling and telling me that they don't want to do business with me anyway. He then hangs up on me in the middle of me trying to talk. I call back so I can pay (a fair price), and have a conversation about the issues with the process of not receiving a quote. I explained that hanging up and treating me like dirt was inexcusable and that I'm trying to PAY THEM. The owner constantly is yelling at me and won't let me speak. He keeps insulting me and telling me he doesn't want my money or my business. We get into a shouting match for a minute and I hang up as I'm unable to get a word in. This is absolutely unhinged behavior as I was legitimately trying trying to have an honest discussion with them and help them understand my issues with things. I was NOT trying to skip out on paying. This is extremely disappointing behavior and completely unacceptable for a professional business. I would never recommend someone attempting to work with the business. It's not worth the chance that you might be treated like trash when you bring up actually honest concerns with their business practices. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I can't speak to the plumbing I can speak to the reckless driver that pushed a car out of the exit lane because they needed to get over to make the exit. I know this happens all the time to everyone this however was very aggressive and would have been an accident if the other car had slammed on their brakes on the freeway this was at 30 and Sylvan license plate RKW-2774 I will not recommend a business with employees like this

My son referred me to Arriaga Plumbing, and I could not be more pleased with their responsiveness and performance. At the first repair call, my washing machine was backed up. Over that weekend, we experienced a death in the family. Arriaga Plumbing could not have been more accommodating in rescheduling to get the job done. After completing the job, they backfilled the job area to perfection - so much so that it was impossible to tell they'd excavated that area! At my second repair, I received a call that morning inquiring whether I might be available for an earlier appointment. I was! David arrived and had my backed-up shower, gurgling/burbling commode, and bubbling bathtub repaired in no time. Arriaga Plumbing is second to none!

I first hired Mr Arriaga a few years ago while living in Rowlett. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He completed the job very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Last year we moved to a bigger house. I wanted to have a propane line run and called on Mr Arriaga again. He, once more, completed the job in a very professional manner, and at a very reasonable price. In all of my conversations with him, I've never been treated with anything other than respect. He has always presented himself in a professional manner. He is the only person I will call for plumbing issues.

Arriage Plumbing is fantastic, ethical, works quickly and communicates professionally. John communicates the time he will be to your house, anything new that he found and is ethical in what he finds. Our first time to work with this company, John fixed another plumbers mess up and was amazing. During the freeze, he communicated with us when he could come see us and work our pipes and didn’t leave us in the dark with broken pipes. Amazing company. I am so glad we found Arriage Plumbing.

Totally professional experience start to finish. John Arriaga personally assessed our problem, discussed options available, and brought in JM Excavation for Donnie’s input to solve the issue. We received quotes for each option with a two year warranty Their joint recommendation was successfully completed in one day. Arriaga, should be high on the list of folks to call for work. I have had a Water heater replaced (Best install of a WH I have ever had) New bathroom sink fixtures, 1/4 turn shutoff values on 5 sinks, and a new kitchen sink, with faucet. We did not have one issue with any of the installs. All of this work was done over a 6 month period of time. Never any scheduling issues and the owner and his employees were always very respectful in our dealings.

John, Nate, and Phillip came to troubleshoot a possible plumbing issue I may be having. They thoroughly checked it out and found that it was actually most likely not a plumbing issue at all. They gave me recommendations on how to proceed. Extremely honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Arriaga Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future. I’ll also be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you for the professionalism!

Had outdoor water leak between house cutoff and foundation, right up against the foundation. Local plumber wanted 3k to dig under house and reroute line. Called Arriaga for second opinion and upon inspection they felt they could fix at the wall for literally 20% the cost. And they did. Same day. Nate and Eddie were professional, friendly, and efficient. Saved me 2400k, and relieved my stress immediately. Arriaga will be my FIRST call next time!

EDITED: Owner followed up and all is well. The company was initially very responsive and sent a plumber out the same day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the plumber was unable to remove the faucet and cracked the tile surrounding it during the process. Mind you, I was still charged. What’s most disappointing is that communication completely stopped after I reported the damage. The lack of follow-up and accountability has been frustrating.

I had an urgent situation at our donut shop with the sinks backing up. Called Suzanne at Arriaga Plumbing after hours on a Wednesday evening to request service. She answered right away and scheduled her guys to service our shop the following morning. Super prompt service, the guys were on time and fixed the problem like they had done it 100 times before! The sinks are draining again, and we couldn't be happier with Arriaga Plumbing!!

John is the best! He came out, assessed the issue, did not charge me for the trip out although I did offer to compensate him for his time. The cost of repair was not in my budget as it was for a rental property and the budget was tight. But he graciously pointed out exactly what the problem was and walked me through what I would need to do in order to fix it, and even spelled out where to get the parts needed to resolve the issue.
