Aquaman Plumbing Austin

Stepping on wet carpet and seeing swollen base board at 10pm isn’t ideal. I spent hours cleaning up and cutting out wet drywall and flooring. I traced a leak that ended up under the slab. I am well rounded and can fix many things around the house but I know when I need a pro. The next morning I called 4 major plumbing companies. Not a single one of them called me back so I decided to head to Home Depot and pick up some supplies. That trip was worth every penny and more. The vehicle I parked next to was AQUAMAN PLUMBING! On his day off Tib showed up to my house within 30 minutes. He listened to all the steps I took and checked all lines, meter etc. the leak was so slow it was not registering from the meter. The rear hose bib was cut and capped isolating and stopping the leak. I asked lots of questions from running a new line, changing from copper to pex, adding bibs, water pressure (90-92psi) and adding a PRV from the meter. Tib answered all without missing a beat. He noticed I had installed a water softener and made some adjustments to the overflow lines. He mentioned the benefit of having a filtration system pre softener and potential layout of bypass and cutoff incase of leaks or maintenance. We discussed 3 items with 0 sales pressure. Tib, Raul, Andre and Tata (grandfather) showed up and tackled all 3 tasks. Tib advised he would be back the following day for a 30min to an hour visit to check connections and button everything up. I had to delay an additional day. Tib and Andre returned and I am going to say this was a godsend. The water heater flex line was leaking, and had been leaking since we bought the house 4 years ago or longer!!! The line was barely screwed on, no sealant tape, no pipe dope just hanging on by a thread and prayer. Cut off the gas, sealed up and checked all gas lines inside and out. Thank you again for your prompt service and attention to detail. You saved us from a disaster and we are very grateful. 10/10

Tib @ Aquaman was superb. I had a main water line leak somewhere in my yard in Lakeway and my main plumber had to call in reinforcements since it was such a laborious operation digging 2.5 foot deep holes trying to find the leak in a 70 foot stretch of yard. Tib and Raul showed up and they were great. They kept digging and triangulating until they found and fixed the leak. They stayed until 10PM to get the job done. Yes, you heard that right. This is why you always want to hire tradesman that are owner operators rather than big outfits with salaried employees. Ain't no way an employee would have had the resolve to stay that late to knock out the job in 1 visit. Can't recommend Aquaman enough. Great job and great attitude in a difficult situation.

I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough. I almost never write a review but Tib really deserves it. First and foremost, Tib loves his job; he looks forward to helping you fix the problem. He has helped me with a variety of issues, including installing a sink in a laundry room and a filtration system for the house, fixing a water heater, and installing a toilet. In every occasion, he thinks through the problem and comes up with a solution. He does NOT cut corners, leaves everything clean (cleaner than before the job!), and his prices are reasonable; in fact, plumbing companies can't compete in price because there is no middle man! His kids work with him and it is great to see a father teaching his kids the profession he loves.

Tib and his son Raul have been absolutely amazing. I basically had to redo all the plumbing the exposed plumbing throughout the entire house and they have made sure that everything is professionally replaced with quality components. He also installed a water softener (with loop) and reverse osmosis system for much less than what competitors priced. Tib and Raul are extremely respectful and made sure to clean up any mess whether it be drywall or metal shavings (something I have really come to appreciate since I've had other people come in and work without any regard for the fact that this is my home). He is insured, licensed, and I would recommend him for any plumbing job!!!!

Tib and his son Raul are truly excellent plumbers. They know their craft backwards and forwards, they communicate well, they’re extremely professional, and they charge fair prices. Tib is a best plumber in TX or in any state that is matter. Got my self in a jam as my fiber internet installer drilled into my sprinkler water line. This will halt the installation until it gets resolve. Call Tib and he knew I was stressed about this situation. He came out immediately. Also found that my sprinkler shutoff valve is broken. Our water main in the front yard broke on a Saturday. Water was running down the street and the lawn was swelling with the volume of water being released. Tib and his team arrived, found and fixed the leak, and cleaned up the yard to where you would never know it happened. They stayed well after dark until the job was finished.
