The technician, James Mosqueda that came out and repaired my Water.Heater was professional, he worked in a timely manner , and was friendly. He made the whole unwanted process run smooth for me. I also appreciate the agent that I spoke to on the phone , Margie I believe her name was. She was a great helped with the scheduling of my ,appointments and she always called me to notify me when my technician was on the way. Water heater needed a new thermocouplar according to PGE. America's plumbing company sent over their technician Jorge who was absolutely professional. He arrived earlier than the promised time slots and kept me informed of all repairs. Overall very happy with the courteous nature and knowledgeable information that Jorge provided so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. Would highly recommend again as the price of service was reasonable as well.

My sump pump had stopped working and Johnny came out and did a diagnostic. He really took the time to explain the issue and emphasized I needed to have a new pump installed as my current one went out after being more than 10 years old. He suggested I replace it as soon as possible to prevent water accumulating in my crawl space. He was extremely friendly and patient in explaining what steps I'll need to take next.
