Sent her the pictures and got a call from Frank the other owner and he was just as helpful and just extremely knowledgeable and giving prices ( which are very fair compared to others) for different options. No up sale pressure or making anything seems it has to be done but leaving it all for me to decide. They got me scheduled and then Jason shows up to do the install. I’m like this can’t be real and when is he going to hit me with the emergency and you need to fix this and so on. Nope! Jason is just is just as great with his happy attitude and no pressure to do anything or up sell. Real knowledgeable guy and helpful with any questions I had and easy to talk to. Emailed about an issue with my sump pump and got a reply back from Amanda within a day. We discussed my concerns and what my options were for repair or replacement. We made an appointment for Frankie to actually come look everything over the next day. Frankie sent me a text when he was on his way and quickly and thoroughly assessed my situation and provided a list of different options. He recommended a few solutions that were exactly what I was looking for. We went over some rough pricing and he said he'd get back in touch with me after the weekend was over and give me exact quotes on one option since he didn't always carry the specific part. After giving me the numbers a couple days later we agreed on the job and everything was installed a day later. I'm more than pleased with the price, equipment and quality of work provided. I got a dual pump set-up with battery back up and feel very much at ease now that I'll have no issues or worries about my sump pump the next time it rains. I'll have no issues calling AMFM Plumbing for any future plumbing issues or concerns in the future.

Raul and Jason came by to install our water heater and they did a wonderful job. They were very professional and took the time to explain how things work while they were installing. I would definitely use them again.

Let me start with the positive – I had a sump pump issue and they were out first thing in the morning. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the failed components and resolved it. They worked efficiently and were mostly professional. My only complaint is the price and billing practices. First of all, they bill fixed rate, not time and materials. That’s not necessarily bad, but recognize that if you have multiple services done at once you’re paying their overhead and travel rolled into each of these rates. Second, it means that they are paying for time and you shouldn’t let them rush you. E.g., there’s no need to start a second diagnostic before the first is finished. My biggest issue is that they did not provide any formal quote for the services or even explain their billing in advance. Verbal estimates I was given were way lower than the actual bill and when I asked for an explanation they refused to give me a breakdown of the costs saying “we don’t really do detailed breakdowns.” I did ultimately get one via email (since I needed it for the insurance claim) but it was also very different than the verbal explanation (different prices per service, not even the same line items). I did try to negotiate with them after the fact, but they would not budge and insisted I had authorized the work and ignored my feedback that I had never been given a quote for any of it. My advice, make sure you get a quote in writing for any service, including diagnostics, before allowing them to proceed. Honestly, given all the positive reviews specifically mentioning price, the only explanation I can come up with is that they saw my rather expensive car and figured they could up-charge me and then made up prices after the fact to fit the bill. I really hope that isn’t the case, but it’s the only thing that makes sense to me. Today Frank took time out his busy day to be a Blessing to my mom. He came out with in 30 mins just to light the pilot for her hot water . He did it out of the kindness of his heart and we truly appreciate him. It's good to know good people is still in this world . My mom gave him gas money which was well deserved.
