I can’t say enough great things about Allstar Plumbing Experts! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Nicole’s customer service is absolutely awesome; she was friendly, responsive, and made scheduling everything incredibly easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and making sure things run smoothly. James and the rest of the team were quick, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently without cutting corners. It’s such a relief to work with a team that’s both skilled and respectful of our time and home. If you’re looking for reliable plumbing experts who deliver top-notch service, I cannot recommend Allstar Plumbing Experts enough!

James gave me a estimate, and was able to replace my water heater in the same day, even though they were busy from the extreme cold and recent ice storm.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and after calling around to different plumbers I had someone come out because their service fee was the cheapest but when he got here and gave me the quote he wanted over $800 to install a simple kitchen faucet I sent him on his way. Luckily All Star Plumbing had also gotten back with me and while their assessment fee was not the lowest their pricing ended up being the best and Christopher and Bradley were very quick to get my faucet installed and make the Minor Adjustments needed to set it to my satisfaction and I couldn't be more pleased and it cost me $150 I would highly recommend I'll start Plumbing for their honest and fair pricing and good service

We had a water leak we could NOT locate, and it was a gusher. We were racking up those water bills. We finally got American Leak Detection out and they located it. Apparently this is a BUSY time and it was going to be a while before they could do the repair. They graciously referred us to their trusted partner, Allstar Plumbing Experts. These guys worked so hard yesterday, working in the dark till about 9:30 to ensure we’d have water this morning. They came back today to clean up and sow some grass seed. They did end up having to saw through the aggregate, but this could have been sooo much worse. James charged me a fair price and was very helpful. We’re thankful the leak wasn’t in our slab (old house) and that these guys have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend both services should you need them, but hopefully you won’t! Just another thing to be thankful for this season.

Highly recommend All Star Plumbing and James. We had a major burst pipe under our foundation and James was able to correctly diagnose the problem (multiple other plumbers could not) and fixed it with very responsive, professional service. He did excellent work, cleaned up after himself and was on time. He really stands out for great communication and quality. We obviously used him for our next project- a basement bathroom addition. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. We recommend him to all our friends. I trust his work and his advice.
