Really a fantastic experience end to end. Nathan was so communicative and really engaged week with us, and Matthew helped in so many ways big and small. Can't recommend enough.

Both Mike and Travis did a great job. They were very mindful of not tracking dirt into our house. Mike even put boot covers on the wheels of the sewer snake which wasn’t an easy task. They both did the work we expected (line clean out) and were always professional. This is why we used APC (now Allen) in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Matthew Burch representing Allen Service made a service call to our home to evaluate a Whirlpool jetted tub electrical issue. He immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the complexity of the work required including issues that we hadn't considered, which would be required. We would not hesitate to recommend Matthew and we've already designated Allen Service as a goto for any future work.

Jon Harris did a great job for us! We had a very deep clog in our system - we couldn’t shower, use the washing machine or dish washer without flooding the downstairs bathroom. He tried to do the less expensive option to find the clog before resorting to pulling the toilet and going that route. He kept my husband apprised every step of the way - who was impressed with his diligence and how hard he worked. 5 stars for Mr. Harris!

Zach did a estimate for us the other day. He was professional and easy to work with. He explained things in terms I would understand and I appreciate that. Regetfully, we did not use the service as the cost was well beyond our expectations.
