“Plumber himself was very nice and professional. Was told and agreed to $100 after hour fee. Was charged $170 in total fees including gas and credit card fee. $465 for 5 minutes work is dishonest, even on a Saturday. He also didn’t have his camera so couldn’t double check its fixed correctly.”
“Quoted $285 and was hit with additional truck fees and 5% credit card fee. Typical credit card fees are around 2%. All Source wanted to charge an additional $485 to come back out to do additional troubleshooting when it could have been done during the first visit. I declined and called another plumber out. New plumber came out, perform the diagnostic the first time, and scheduled the repair for the following …”
