Unfortunately amending my original review… Ray and his team were friendly but unfortunately ended up being disappointed. Ray’s team came out to look at our kitchen sink that would not drain. We gave them the run down of the issue we were having and explained everything we had tried to fix the issue. The plumber decided to snake the drain. The snaking did not fix the draining issue. Initially the plumber stated all of the lines looked set up properly. The plumber called his boss (Ray) to discuss the issues. It was not until the plumber sent Ray pictures of the kitchen sink plumbing set up that it was stated to us that the set up was actually not up to code. They stated that they would need to come back out to redo all of the kitchen sink piping. They ensured us that they would assist with our home warranty plan to make sure it would be covered. Weeks went by with nobody reaching out to me. I sent a follow up email with no response. At this point I decided to consult another plumber. This plumber stated that the piping set up may not be how he would have done it but, it was still functional. The new plumber ran a snake and within 15 mins the sink was already started to drain very well. He then checked the leveling of the piping all the way to the main line. He stabilized a few sections that seemed a little bit off. (Something ASP did not do) he let the water continue to run and then snaked on last time to ensure all of the blockage cleared. I asked the new plumber how much it would be. He said typically they charge $275 for the service but he would only charge me $200 since he felt bad that ASP came out and did the same service with no success. So essentially ASP charged us $400 (which we were told was a great deal) to not fix anything and then never follow up on the additional service they said was needed. I even asked the new plumber how this wasn’t fixed initially by ASP he simply stated that it was a lack of knowing how to snake a drain properly. All and all very disappointing because I was charged $400 for them to not fix the issue at all.

I guess these guys didn't want my business? I tried setting up a residential appointment three different times, texted my name and address to them, and they pretty much ghosted me. I'd say Customer Service 101 is that when somebody is begging to give you their business, don't ignore them for two weeks straight until they give up and have to schedule an appointment with another plumber. Disappointing because I had been referred to these guys. Value the customer, bros. Don't leave them hanging.

I sent All Service Plumbing a website form submission about a potential problem I was having, along with sufficient background information, asking if he thought this could potentially be a plumbing issue, an HVAC issue, or a waterproofing system issue as it wasn't clear after having a separate plumbing company out in the recent past to evaluate it. Ray (owner) emailed me back late at night with a suggestion to help set the direction of what type of contractor I needed and he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue via his first email response, which arrived late in the evening, just an hour after I submitted my initial inquiry. I was only expecting a response the next business day perhaps with a request to setup an appointment, but Ray resolved the issue and was able to resolve the issue immediately. I asked for contact information to send a gift card as a thank you and he wouldn't even accept that. I would have been happy to setup an appointment during normal business hours, but wow, what service, professionalism let alone deep troubleshooting competencies. Thanks Ray and All Service Plumbing!

Outstanding customer service! They genuinely care about fixing your issue, and they are incredibly professional. They had to jet our drains in our retail store, and they were very polite & mindful of our customers. 10/10 recommend!! Without a doubt, we will absolutely use All Service Plumbing again in the future :) Update: During their 1st visit, they properly diagnosed the issue (unlike 6+ other companies in the past) and informed us that the concrete would need to be broken up to fix the issue. They came back and performed the job all while being VERY considerate to us & our customers (as the job location was on our retail floor). It is such a relief to have a professional & honest team that you can trust to get things done right. They take pride in their work, and are the most professional plumbers I've ever met in my life. I can't recommend them enough - they are awesome!!!

I scheduled a backflow test for my spring irrigation system, which cost $110 last year. When I called to schedule this year's service, I was quoted $250 over the phone and also received a written confirmation via text. However, when the technician arrived, I was told the cost would be $300. I showed him the text message with the $250 quote, and he agreed to honor it--but noted the higher price was due to the distance from Broadview Heights. While I appreciate the technician ultimately honoring the quoted rate, I'm frustrated by the lack of clarity and the significant $140 increase from last year. Pricing should be consistent and transparent, and I expect a service provider to know the service area before scheduling a job. Unfortunately, I won't be using this company again next year.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

I had a leak in a water line fitting, so I contacted All Service Plumbing through their website. I received a reply from the owner that they would contact me to setup an appt the next day, which they did. Their service tech showed up on time as scheduled. They treated my home as if it was their own. The leak got fixed in a matter of no time. They made sure the water lines were leak free and operating like I expected. Can't say enough positive things from my experience with All Service Plumbing.

Great experience with them. Very professional and organized. Tom was awesome, got right in and right to work replacing a part we had done about 10 years ago. He was much faster and the service was actually less than what it cost 10 years ago to have the same thing done. Great all around from scheduling to service. First time using them and will be my go-to plumbing service going forward.

Mike was very professional. He cleared out the clog in my bathroom drain. He snaked 75 feet to make sure there were no other clogs. He used a video camera to look inside my pipes and make sure the pipes were not damaged. I was not prepared for how expensive it was but this is a lesson for me to ask how much beforehand. Despite my sticker shock, he did a great job and I’d use them again
