“These people are disrespectful and unprofessional in every manner possible. They exploited and took advantage of my elderly and disabled mother. They charged $472 for 10 minutes of work at 5:30 PM on a weekday. Didn't answer question of how much this would cost. They charged $375 just to come inside after 5pm.”
