Quick ontime response. Joseph called to say he was on his way and called again when he arrived. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. He replaced two old shut-off valves and connected our washer at a reasonable price. We will definitely use All Aloha Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
This company is AWESOME! Their friendly staff and knowledgeable plumbers did an awesome job. Big shout out to Travis, Luke, Joseph, Jasmine and especially Ty and his apprentice. My apologies for not remembering his name. They really took good care of us during the most stressful events spanning over 6 days. I am so appreciative of how professional this company treats their customers. Follow up was awesome too to ensure we were ok. Mahalo nui!!!! I would highly recommend this company for your emergency plumbing and construction plumbing needs.
I selected All Aloha Plumbing because their response time to my request was faster than the competition. I am pleased with the work because of the quality and professionalism displayed by the service technician, Ray and the follow up communication from the staff. I would highly recommend them!
The prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I needed my P trap and 2 water shutoff valves replaced under the kitchen sink and it ran me about $1200 for a 30 minute job. Unfortunately I am a single female with 0 knowledge of plumbing. When the two workers arrived they were very charming and made me feel like they were giving me a good deal. However, after doing some research I realize what a huge ripoff this was and I feel very sick. I reached out to All Aloha to see the breakdown of the price: Removal & Replacement of Water Emergency Water Supply Stop $458.98 x2 ($917.16) (This multiplied x2 because i have two shut off valves) Replacement of P-trap $233 You can literally buy a single quarter turn shut off valve at home depot for $10-15 and a P-trap for $5-10 (IT'S JUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC) Here's the kicker: their service fee is flat rate NOT hourly. So it took him about 30 min to install approximately $60 worth of material, which means his "flat rate" came out to be $1140... I did ask the plumber why this seemed so expensive and he said it was because All Aloha does the best quality work and they were basically the "Ruth's Chris" of plumbers. But the irony of it all is that the installation had a leak and he has to return the very next day to fix it. Please be weary of this company, they are clearly not afraid to take advantage of people with little knowledge of plumbing. Not to mention the hidden service fees, they just jack up the price of the product by 40% and say it's a service fee. This is very shady business. Photo of my invoice is attached.
WAYY TOO OVER PRICE!!! My grandma spent $15,000 on a leak. Not very much work was done at all. They dug at the wrong place, my grandpa was the one that found the leak. We had to patch and clean up ourselves. Items that you can buy at o’Reilly for $1-$3 causes $750. AND my grandpa had to sign an agreement deposit NONREFUNDABLE twice and at two different charges. One was $4000 something and the second agreement was $3,200 so total $6000 non refundable deposit for something that should only cause $2,000-3,000 worth of work.
UPDATE: Shortly after my review posted, I received a call from Ashley from All Aloha Plumbing. She apologized for the bad experience and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make up for it. I was fine with accepting the apology and told her that it was up the the company to figure out how to make it right with me. A couple of days later I got a call again from Ashley stating that would would refund a portion of the fee I was charged, and I accepted. Within one day, the refund was made. Ashley did seem genuinely concerned about the events of those days and really wanted to work with me to help remove some of the sting of the experience. I will give her a lot of credit for that. I am changing my review from a 2 star to a 4 star largely due to my interactions with Ashley and her desire to make it right. If I ever have the need to use All Aloha again, maybe it'll be 5 stars then but for this review I still have to deduct one star because even though my post service experience with All Aloha has been very good, the pre service experience still should never have happened. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Not to thrilled with their front office. On 3/7/26 All Aloha Plumbing came to my house to do an initial estimate for some plumbing work. On 3/30/26 I called to make an appointment to get work done at my house. At this point I had not seen a written estimate on the work at all because it was sent to my realtor. Assuming I would still, I still agreed thinking they would now email me a written estimate. It never came. After attempting to settle on a few different dates, it was set for April 13, at 9:00am. I know for sure that it was set for April 13 because I had already scheduled that day off from my job for another appointment. I also wrote it down on my calendar. On the morning of April 13, at 9am, the plumber did not arrive. I called to check on the status of the plumber’s arrival at 10:28am and I was told that the appointment was not for the 13th, but for the 14th. I was also told that the plumber would be at my house between 8am and 12pm. At 11:32am I called the office again to check on the plumber’s arrival and was told by Sylvia (I think) that the appointment was scheduled from 12pm to 5pm. Now, my whole day, another day that I had to take off work, is wasted. After expressing my disgust with the office, I was told by the person in the office that they would try to get someone out to my house today. Huh? I told her that they will be getting someone out today or I will be demanding a refund of my deposit. At 12:22 All Aloha Plumbing dispatch called to inform me that the plumber will arrive in the next 30 to 40 minutes. At 1:40pm I called them back because the plumber had still not arrived and I was told that the plumber had already been to my house. Impossible since I had been at home all day. The person I talked to in the office said she would check with dispatch to find out what was going on and hung up. At 2:09pm. C.J, the plumber finally arrived. I mentioned my issues of the last two days and he said that he was not informed of this appointment until 11am today and that he can assure me that this appointment was the only time he had been to my house. I don’t know who is running operations there, but they are NOT doing a good job. I also thought they were extremely expensive. I was charged $2770 for 2 hours’ worth of work and about $250 in parts. That's some SERIOUS overhead. I will say that C.J. was exactly what I expected him to be. He was quick, efficient, answered my questions and was very professional and he fixed my problems. I would hire C.J. again, without hesitation, but only if he were working for some other company.
This company is terrible, don't waste your time or money. To be clear, Joseph the plumber with All Aloha Plumbing gets 5 stars -- he's professional, efficient, and patient, and if his dispatcher hadn't screwed him with the scheduling issues I'll detail below, I would have happily had him fix my plumbing issue. Mark the dispatcher and the phone operators at All Aloha are the problem. I called on Tuesday to schedule a plumber for Thursday morning. Mark called back and said Thursday afternoon would be better because the morning was fully booked, or he could do Friday morning. I repeated that I needed Thursday morning, both via text and over the phone and provided my reasons: I needed to depart my condo NLT 4pm on Thursday so I needed a morning appointment. More importantly, my building maintenance had told me a building water shut-off was required for the work I needed done, and I'd gotten lucky that a cancelation opened a spot in the schedule on Thursday. The water shut-off schedule is booked out for months, so the work had to happen Thursday or I needed to go with another company. Mark said he understood and would schedule me for the 10am-12pm slot and would call me 30-45 minutes before the tech was due to arrive. I took notes, read back that exact info, and he confirmed that was all correct. Thursday at 11:30am, I still hadn't heard from All Aloha, so I called and the woman who answered said the tech was running behind but I was prioritized to be next on the list and she would have dispatch call me for an update. 30 minutes later, still no call, so I called back. Mind you, it's 12pm, the latest the tech was supposed to arrive. I spoke with the same lady, who says "Oh no, I'm looking at the schedule and you're actually down for 1-3pm today." I'd already had a bad feeling that Mark was lying when he said he'd give me a morning slot, and this confirmed it for me. I told her the building water shut-off I had scheduled with the building AND PAID FOR, and was otherwise unavailable again for MONTHS, ended at 3pm, I needed to leave by 4pm, and I never would have agreed to an afternoon appointment. Moreover, I had to take a day off work to deal with this. She eventually called the tech and confirmed he was close by and wrapping up a job and would be at my place within 30-45 minutes. By the time he arrived, he was able to confirm the problem causing the leak, but was concerned that underlying issues that could arise as he was working may extend the labor past the 3pm water shut-off limit and my 4pm departure. Overall, a giant waste of time and money (I still had to pay the dispatch fee) that could have been avoided if All Aloha scheduling and dispatch were doing their jobs.
Mahalo to All Aloha Plumbing for the positive experience while completing my projects. Finding a plumbing service on Oahu that is both reliable and reasonably priced can be challenging so it was a relief when I finally landed on this company. I greatly appreciated how responsive and accommodating the staff was while getting my projects coordinated. Special thanks to Austin for completing both installations. The first project involved removing a malfunctioning water softener/conditioner installed by another company outside my home and then installing a new one inside my garage. Austin pointed out the numerous issues with the previous installation and made sure this new installation would be done to code. Some unexpected challenges came up during the installation but Austin made sure they were resolved before calling it a day. One of the unexpected issues involved my water pressure regulator (also installed by the other company) which did require coordinating a second project visit but that was soon also resolved by All Aloha Plumbing by replacing it with quality parts. I will be relying on this company in the future for any other plumbing-related issues I encounter.
I started a review,, but my phone froze. So I’m starting again. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from All Aloha Plumbing. A routine underground pipe cleaning resulted in finding out that the pipes were deteriorating and needed attention. Joseph, the head plumber who is certified in pipe lining is very professional, respectful and spoke in terms that I could understand. His partners Josiah Cody and Al were great too. I was very happy with a professionalism of the office staff Lani and Hailey. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole procedure.. I was also amazed at the forward technology this company uses. They showed me videos of the underground pipes during their progress. Be sure to join their club, even though there’s a yearly fee … they will come out and do a yearly inspection of your pipes, give you priority appointments and you receive a discount as well. As you can see, Joseph explained everything to me clearly and precisely. As you can see, Joseph explained everything to me clearly and precisely. It was an expensive job, but I am confident that I made the right choice with All Aloha Plumbing.
So satisfied with All Aloha Plumbing:-) I called mid morning to inquire of sewer pipe under ground was cracked and if they could take a look at it, Ann took quick action and did a dispatch and as promised by her a technician would arrive in an hour and he did. Kawika went out of his way to make sure the job of excavating and cutting out damaged pipe and replacing it would be done the same day, despite the fact that he did not have the equipment with him after doing the assesment, but he did several runs, made several calls and thanks to him I am worry free from getting back ups onto my bathroom floor, and the unreal part of this whole job is that Kawika had no helper and did all this work by himself :-) This is the kind of company anybody would want to hire, for they stand by their name "All Aloha Plumbing" and is fairly reasonable!!!!!! On 02/03/26,I contacted All Aloha plumbing for assistance with a leaking above ground drain line. Joseph a technician from the company arrived .Joseph conducted an inspection and located numerous leaks. I only knew about one, my heart rate dropped when we discussed the cost after we came to agreement. I'm a retired military veteran. I remembered Joseph mannerisms when he introduced himself, he was the right man for the job. Joseph showed my wife and I videos, answered all my questions and concerns before and after each stage of his work progress. After three days the work was completed his demeanor never changed. Joseph professionalism, thoughtfulness and consideration was unbound. For my future projects I will request for Joseph. He showed the meaning of ALOHA.
I had a late night plumbing emergency (toilet and shower drains were completely clocked). Called a few companies but they were either too busy or just did not answer or return calls, even if they were 24/7 service. Got in touch with All Aloha and they were super friendly and helpful. CJ showed up and was helpful and friendly, even if being called out in the middle of the night. He got my clogged drain cleared and even offered suggestions on preventive maintenance. Thank you CJ. Emergency cost was high ($556). They charge $188 non refundable for the call out and $368 for the drain clearing. If you can wait till the working hours, that could save you some bucks. In my case, I needed the toilet working for the night. Thanks for coming out to help me and my family in the middle of the night!
Shak, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the causes of my clogged drain issues and patiently answered all of my questions in an understandable manner. He was very polite with how he addressed me and I like the fact that he entered our home by putting on shoe covers. I also appreciate the fact that All Aloha Plumbing offered military discount. I also want to share that the receptionist was very nice with a pleasant attitude, which is what I initially look for as one of the deciding factors in choosing a company’s service. I also appreciated when someone at the office, which I forgot to get the names of those two people who kept track on when the technician was coming. Thank you and keep up the great work!
Call Aloha plumbing for a mainline clog, emergency hours. They came out and supposedly cleared the clog, 6 hours later clogged again. Called them back and said they would have to charge us again. Next day clogged again. Called them again and said they would have to charge us again to come out. Gave up on them and asked for a refund which the manager John has been avoiding our calls. That same third day we called roto rooter, they came and said they weren't clearing the clog but rather making a small hole thru it and pushing it more down the mainline. Roto rooter cleared it out and we haven't had a problem since. They also gave us a warranty. I wouldn't use All aloha again.
I had an old toilet that had internal parts that weren’t working properly made anymore. Along with that, the shutoff line was also old and would leak once the valve was turned off. Had to have both the shutoff valve and the toilet replaced. Once that main shutoff was done and water pressure finally cleared, the new shutoff valve was installed behind the toilet along with the new toilet. Excellent work! Toilet runs perfectly and with no issues or leaks. Considering I thought that I was looking at potential water damage if the piping had broken, I’m extremely happy that we were able to fix the problem before any major problems occurred. Very satisfied with the results.
