They were wonderful!! We were having a tankless water heater put in a small closet in our master bathroom. They let us know everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. Even apologized that my asma was acting up due to the insulation. There was no mess for me to clean up after they left. And I love my new water heater. If you are thinking of investing in a tankless water heater. Do yourself a favor, and call this wonderful team.

The technicians were very polite and explained everything that they were going to do before replacing the water heater. They were efficient in getting it replaced. They showed me the repairs after they completed it. They explained all of the new features and recommended maintenance. I will definitely continue to use AirCo Service for the maintenance of my HVAC and water heater systems.

Jordan was exceptional! He was the most thorough technician I have ever had. I have a Smart thermostat that I have never been able to use. The technician who installed it could not get it to work via my phone. Jordan went above and beyond to figure it out. What I had to take a bank loan out to use my heat/air unit is now something I can fully use. I appreciated the extra time and effort by Jordan.

It’s rare that I’m on the negative side of reviews, especially with a company who has been around for a while. My first and will be only experience was agreeing to a $99 diagnostic. The technician came and went into the attic to assess the problem. He came back down about 15-20 minutes later to tell me what he found. He said while he was doing the diagnostic (moving things around) he found an insect where it shouldn’t have been and it fixed the problem He said usually he’ll come back down and communicate how much it would be to fix the issue (which I confirmed with Jane before the appointment) but he decided to just go ahead and fix it. In my mind I was thinking he was just going to charge the diagnostic fee because that’s all he did and happened to fix the issue while doing it. That is also all I agreed to beforehand. So I was very surprised to see a invoice of $288 on the tablet I will say, I made the mistake of signing off and paying it because of my headspace of waking up in the cold. Did not think it through until after the fact I called the office 20 minutes later to speak with a supervisor about the situation. Just wanted to ask if that’s their normal business practice. I was told a message was sent and someone will reach out to me That was Saturday, it’s now Thursday and I haven’t received any form of contact. But I’m done waiting on a call and going to shrug it off and take the loss I will also add everyone I spoke with were pleasant to talk to (including the technician). I seem to be an outlier of negative experiences here but it is what it is

Made appointment 1 month in advance and they gave a window of 1-5 appointments they called at approximately 2 and said sorry can’t get to you today we need to reschedule called air comfort solutions and they showed up on time.

We had an Excellent experience with AIRCO Service. From the beginning, their pricing was upfront and transparent with no hidden fees, which gave us confidence moving forward. Luke Helm, the project manager, was amazing to work with. He came in, thoroughly assessed our needs, and clearly explained the process and recommendations. His professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for the entire project. There were two separate teams involved, and both were outstanding. The team in charge of the ductwork installation, led by Justin, was extremely professional and efficient. Justin even took the time to walk us through the new control panel (thermostat)—which was well above our level of expertise 😂—and graciously explained all the features it was capable of. His patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. Together, the teams installed a new HVAC heat pump along with new air ductwork, worked hard, respected our home, and cleaned up after themselves. What was expected to be a three-day job was completed in just two days, without sacrificing quality. If you’re looking for a professional company, look no further than AIRCO Service. We Highly recommend them for anyone needing ANY HVAC work done right.

We are so pleased with our new HVAC system from Airco. I had 3 different companies come out and quote for a new system. I explained issues we were having with our old system as well as pertinent issues for what I was looking for. Charles listened and designed out how they would address the project down to the smallest detail. Airco was not the cheapest bid, they were the middle bid. The equipment and install specs were hands down the best of the three. Sebastian was our lead installer. He was terrific. Kept us updated every step of the way. He even determined we could get even better benefits from the new system if he added a couple more vents for us, which he did and didn't charge extra. He showed me all of the work they did and it was impeccable. Today, 1 week after install Airco sent out 1 of their people to inspect the install and make sure everything was done right. Jay was very helpful, answered several questions I had with great knowledge and made sure we were completely happy. This was a great experience. If you need a new system, give them a shot and compare all of the variables.

The hvac may work but for me one installer made this a horrible experience. Twice he enter my home unannounced… I have 2 dogs that could have done some damage had I not heard their deep and protective barks. I also could have being showering, bathing, walking in unsuitable clothing or engaging with friends. What gives someone the right to just walk into someone’s home! Yes, he is there to work but I have never had anyone just walk into my home without knocking!!! If I don’t answer, you are not invited in…

Recently purchased a new HVAC system from Airco. The installation and start up technicians were very knowledgeable and cordial to offer information during the process. The salesman did a great job explaining the features of the new system and process of install. Had a few hiccups along the way but they were diligent to correct and make sure I was pleased. Thanks to Charles Gallen, Devon Arevalo, and Nick Davito.

Not sure about the PSO rebate on heat pump,I had a tune up this morning and was to use the $200 rebate,after tune-up Brian said it would be $129,in my estimation this would be $329 for tune-up,then said $179 for follow up tune-up for fall which would mean $379 instead of $329 as I thought $200 would cover the tune-up for both spring and winter,need AIRCO to explain how this works. Service was good but I’m really tired if ever more stains on my carpeting even though I’ve asked each technician to cover their shoes. They put covers on and then they walk outside and back inside tracking in stuff as if it were bare soles. I’ve put down towels and they still manage to evade the towels and get black stuff on my carpet. I pay you guys enough that that should not happen

I want to thank Justin Aaron and Tang such a great job. They were nice friendly and very professional. They cleaned up everything when they were done as well. I highly recommend Echo. They were fast and efficient. I wanna shout out to Jared. He’s the one that made all of this happen. I will use them again thanks to everyone.

Dennis is top flight, excellent job on installing and servicing a generator. He is very knowledgeable, shows up on time and truly an expert of what he does: I rarely experience this sort of service anymore and this great when you run across someone as dedicated and takes care of the customer as he does!

decent work in the past, but today they didn’t show up within the four hour window they gave me. i signed up for their “vip” treatment but feel more like an afterthought. starting to consider other hvac options where i don’t have to talk to ai voice assistants and people actually show up when promised.

The installation went faster than expected. The unit seems to be working well. We had several questions which they took time to answer. Help was given with setting up the thermostat and the app. The service on our other AC unit was thorough and also finished quickly.
